**What do you like best about ConvertPlayer?**

It supports a variety of video types that can be converted between each other while retaining quality.

**What do you dislike about ConvertPlayer?**

The conversion of longer videos is generally slow and processing speed could be improved upon.

**What problems is ConvertPlayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a few videos that are not supported when loading a website, and we need them in a specific format to play in all browsers. Also, reducing the size of the videos while retaining quality provides a good user experience and reduces web load time.
