ConversionBox Reviews & Product Details

Being a Marketing Director and Website Manager, I work with a lot of 3rd party apps and platforms and rarely have I had someone that has helped me as quickly and with great results like Suren from ConversionBox has. We switched our search engine on our website to ConversionBox recently for a couple of different reasons. One, they were less expensive and two the look of their search was more appealing to me. At first the way ConversionBox did a search was not like our old search app so it confused our customers and our sales team from time to time. I took these differences to Suren and within minutes he would change the code or do some sort of magic and whatever I needed changed was changed. The team at Conversionbox are super helpful and really want you to succeed. Any questions I have or changes I need made they are very prompt to answer or implement. I don't think it's anything to do with Conversionbox, just that I have so many items on my site that aren't categorized properly, so it isn't a magic bullet that is going to solve all your issues, but it is a step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
