It has exceeded my expectations in terms of accuracy and providing immediate answers to customers, increasing conversions. Over 25% that interact with the widget convert to purchasers. The admin panel is also intuitive and provides great analytics as well as showing every AI response and conversation. The support team has also been responsive at resolving issues, and they continue to work on improving the product. **What do you dislike about ConversionBox?** The onboarding could have been better, but we worked through the confusion and issues with the ConversionBox team. They seem to be growing and could probably benefit from a clearer support platform vs. direct communication, as nice as that is. A status page would also be helpful for the few server issues that have come up. **What problems is ConversionBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The AI product question widget provides more immediate answers to a customer's questions than our support team or product page can sometimes provide. It offers reassurance for those who likely would have purchased anyway, but also seals the deal for those on the fence. Just over the past month, it is has answered over 2,000 questions, with almost 30% who interacted with the widget ending up purchasing. It has also reduced customer support inquiries, with contact rate per order down vs. the same period the prior year before we implemented this. ### 2. It's been great for adding filters, pull-downs, and search features to our recently renovated website. It makes my job a lot easier and helps customers find us more easily. I'm impressed by the responsive service—Raj and his team set up calls and respond to service needs and questions completely, making it easier for someone like me to utilize the product. I've noticed an uptick in website traffic thanks to the features and benefits of ConversionBox. The merchandising feature allows me to rank popular items for customers, and the synonyms feature enables keyword searches so people can find us easily. We switched our search engine on our website to ConversionBox recently for a couple of different reasons. One, they were less expensive and two the look of their search was more appealing to me. At first the way ConversionBox did a search was not like our old search app so it confused our customers and our sales team from time to time. I took these differences to Suren and within minutes he would change the code or do some sort of magic and whatever I needed changed was changed. I highly recommend them and hopfully you will get to work with SUREN!!! **What do you dislike about ConversionBox?** It's not free.
