I will be able to inquire into certain shifts within the market segments, or the performance of a segment of the product line and will receive a response in real-time and in a conversational tone. The other highlight of the solution is on how it promotes interactive follow up questions. In case I need to know the regional sales, I have another opportunity to request the average basket size in the regions without beginning a new inquiry. First on the list of surprises is that linking up with a couple of our more specialized, niche third party data feeds was most a bit more complicated than I had assumed. The natural language processing may at times need a minor reconstruction in case an extraordinarily intricate or intellectual question is put by the user. Another thing I would like to have is a simpler method of sharing particular analytical processes or realizations with other coworkers who lack full access to the system. ConverSight has improved significantly since my last usage review. Its AI assistant, which is Athena, now offers more personalised and more accurate insights with enhanced conversational capabilities and a more user-friendly interface. New features like story generation from queries, more advanced filtering, and advanced drill-down options which makes data exploration more interactive and intuitive. The platform also added better automation features, faster query handling, and smoother integration with tools like QuickBooks. The onboarding staff went above and beyond any onboarding I've received in my 20+ years of dealing with software or service companies. ConverSight allows for me to make custom reports. It allows me for to make these reports and then pin them to a storyboard. This make it so my project managers (who know nothing about Fishbowl) can get access to the data they need. This has been MASSIVE.

Support is really good. I've dealt with Ben Schafer and Maha Shanmugam. Ben is great. I ask him for help, he sets up a teams call and we get after it.

Maha is 10/10. This guy sits with Ben and me and keeps going until its right. This type of support is where ConverSight shines.

Athena is not nearly as useful as it's advertised to be. It doesn't really work like it should. I should be able to ask it a pretty free flowing question and get some answers but it has trouble.

This is fixed with training which helps, but is complicated and technical.

The explorer is limited. Not by ConverSight, but by Fishbowl. Sure, Maha can link inventory and location data together, but then we may get duplicates.

The primary "best" about CoverSight is the staff. They went out of their way to work with our team to gain understanding about our needs and delivered an amazing result. The only negative that we found was due to our use of the product. We utilize the software not only for reporting, but also for inventory forecasting which added a level of complexity. We are not able to tweak the report without assistance, which the ConverSight staff is always willing to provide in a very timely manner. We love the product, we love the staff.
