I've had some issues with reliability as some webinars got cut off in the middle, although this seems to be fixed now. Also, the pricing structure is a bit hard to handle because it limits participants per month versus per event, which means you have to predict how many users you're expecting. They have a great native integration that makes pulling reports and stats easy. Hubspot Integration. I was looking to move away from zoom as it was too complicated for my requirements. I was pointed to contrast by a colleague and have been impressed by the platform overall. it's very easy for other team members in other parts of the world to run their own webinars, and the AI features are pretty cool. Contrast has done what every marketer used to spend days doing, possible in seconds. Marketers talk about turning podcasts into snippets on socials, and using them on LinkedIn, or X or in newsletters and on our websites. But, that used to take FOREVER. With Contrast it's done in seconds, and it looks so good!

The quality of the live production is insane. From the personalization available in the titles and names tiles to the live Q&A showing up on the screen, it's beautiful. From product managers and SMEs to sales reps, everyone at my company loves the quality of a Contrast webinar. And, it integrates with our CRM, which makes follow up a breeze.

From beginning to end: registration, dry runs, live show, post show follow up and splicing up for socials, etc; Contrast has built a platform that saves me at least 20 hours per webinar, making our marketing team one of the most efficient I've ever managed. I like how all of the features I need to create and host webinars are packed in. The things that really put it above our other options were the automatic emails inside the platform, the stream functions and the HubSpot integration. Everything else was just a perfect bonus.
