Schedule is Constructor Tech's timetabling and resource management platform for higher education institutions. It handles course scheduling, exam planning, venue management, and event coordination within a single web-based platform, supporting single and multi-campus environments. Scheduling is automated to produce conflict-free timetables across courses and exams, with classroom usage optimisation for fair supervisor assignments and workload balancing across faculty. Students can select preferred time slots within institutional constraints. Physical spaces, room inventory, and equipment are tracked in one place, alongside event planning for seminars, conferences, and student activities. Real-time dashboards give administrators visibility into capacity usage, staff workloads, and resource allocation. Schedules can be exported via API or Excel templates, and the platform integrates with SIS and LMS systems. Multiple input methods are supported, including API, Excel, and manual entry. Manual scheduling at large institutions is time-intensive and prone to conflicts, unbalanced workloads, and inefficient use of space. One university reduced planning time from three months with four staff to two weeks with two staff after moving to Schedule, with the ability to test dozens of scenarios before committing to a plan.
