What I appreciate most about Constructor Proctor is how well it keeps the entire exam management process organised. We can set up exams, manage candidates, and track the monitoring process from a single platform, instead of relying on several separate tools. In our experience, the monitoring has been very reliable as well. During an online exam, it’s important to know the system is stable and that you can clearly see what’s happening in real time. Constructor Proctor gives us that confidence and makes it easier to focus on the situations that actually need attention. The interface is clean and logically laid out. It took a little time to get familiar with all the available options, but once we did, the day-to-day workflow became straightforward. The platform follows the natural stages of organising an exam, so it doesn’t feel like we have to change our entire process just to use the software. I also appreciate that the intelligent monitoring features support the exam team without trying to replace human judgement. In the past, organising candidate information, configuring exam settings, and monitoring sessions often required manual coordination across different people and tools. Now, the key parts of the examination process are handled in one place. This saves preparation time, cuts down on repetitive administrative work, and makes it easier for the team to understand the current status of each exam at a glance. The biggest benefit is the confidence we get from the monitoring system. We don’t need to continuously follow every candidate manually; instead, the platform helps us spot sessions or activities that may need closer review. One unexpected benefit has been improved internal organisation. Being able to take my exams from home whenever I was ready was the best part. I was doing my MBA while working full time, so skipping the test center and live scheduling saved me a lot of stress. I found the initial phases of using Constructor Proctor excellent, especially being an English speaker in a German environment. The instruction manuals were very, very good, and the support engineer was excellent, always available for every little question or issue. Setting up Constructor Proctor was very easy for me as I was lucky to have been given admin access by default :), which made it easier for me to test it out on my campus. I had issues with the initial instruction manuals not being available in German, which was problematic to transfer my learning to the Professors and the students, who are the actual users of the product. I had to design a shorter instruction manual and checklist for students, especially for those using Apple computers, since we operate mainly in a Microsoft environment. This situation presented a big learning curve for me. Additionally, if the Wi-Fi or internet connections aren't good, it causes problems. The initial setup wasn't easy to understand due to administrative rights not being shared across campuses, though it was easier for me because I had admin access. As an MBA student using this product, I can say it’s very user-friendly. What I like most is the initial check-up process: it’s clear, easy to follow, and doesn’t create unnecessary tension right before an exam. Setting up the second camera is also straightforward.
