**What do you like best about Constant Connects?**

I thought that the Constant Connects offered was going to be something beneficial. I liked the idea of getting 5x more dial-to-connect rate with verified and cleaned contact data. It helped me reduce   effort needed to deal with bad data and target the right people.

**What do you dislike about Constant Connects?**

I was left with quite a number of disconnected numbers and wrong email addresses. This proved to be unprofitable because it took a lot of calling and was ineffective in reaching customers.  It did find some bad data but the process of verification was not sufficiently nuanced.

**What problems is Constant Connects solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant Connects can help alleviate a significant pain of salespeople in the form of contact information. Depending on the product, these promises are not always achievable due to the instability of the product itself in my experience.
