Ease of integration of various applications.

What problems is SIMPL solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves all the reporting problems as all the standard financial reports are available at our fingertips to download in PDF, Excel, and print.

A package of G-drive Excel format of financial data is available to access the historicals to share from the G-drive directly.

Automated comments for published IFR (Interactive Finacial Reports) to indicate the changes for the current month and the prior month.

Highlights for the published month IFR to get the overview of the IFR.

Informative bar charts with drill-through information to analyze quickly.

It serves as a dashboard for all the to-do activities for the day.

We can approve, and pay bills, expenses, and timesheets from Nexonia and BILL respectively.

We can customize the quick links to be accessed instead of bookmarking them!

What do you like best about SIMPL?

SIMPL is a very easy to go application and can be implemented to any small business with minimal investment. As I was part of AP liked the most of it was approving the bills and it was easier as I used to get reminders if it was not approved ontime within TAT for moving the bills to Client queue for further approval process. The SIMPL can be integrated to multiple systems and real time data view can be achived in the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIMPL?

Sometimes due to more users using the application in the peak time, the selected bills will not approve. For example, out of 5 chosen Bills, only two will get supported and need to select the other 3 bills again to approve! which may take extra time sometimes and not always. What problems is SIMPL solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives the data in a centralised dashboard like, What is my outstanding AP and AR? What is the cash balance at the bank? What is the trend of the cash flow? What are the pending items in the Inventory to look into? SIMPL is a very easy to go application and can be implemented to any small business with minimal investment. What do you like best about SIMPL?

Volumes might be a challenge sometime. It may be many users logging in at the same time or many bills being approved in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SIMPL solving and how is that benefiting you?

Considering the features Simpl provides it is a superb tool, which is within budget and can be used by Medium and Small scale businesses. We get to see all the information in one place. We can rely on the tool as hardly we see any issues related to sync/integration. SIMPL has a billing cycle of 15 days which allows for flexibility, in handling expenses. Even though it may not have support it still efficiently gets the job done. But there may be challenges with customer service, overall SIMPL is a programming language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIMPL?

Simpl provides short-term loan for purchasing different items such as food, shopping, etc. It gives you an option to pay later for the item you purchased. It has also helped me to order food items from Zomato and pay later. It has been a great app for me to use. Loved the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
