The EdgeTag implementation is genuinely powerful. Server-side event delivery means our conversion data reaches Google and Meta even when browsers block pixels — this directly improves our Smart Bidding signal quality. The platform handles enhanced conversions, dynamic remarketing audiences, and CAPI simultaneously, which would otherwise require multiple tools and significant developer effort. The Magento to Shopify migration support was exceptional. The OTB team helped us audit legacy events, rebuild custom definitions in GA4, and ensure our paid media attribution carried forward without a gap in data. For a brand spending significantly on Google Ads and Meta, even a week of broken attribution can cost real money — their support helped us avoid that. The AdPulse reporting has also added real value to our weekly reviews. Having an automated system flag underperforming campaigns, grade ad creative, and surface budget reallocation opportunities means our team spends less time on manual analysis and more time on execution. There are areas where dashboard visibility could be improved — for example, seeing outbound payload confirmation to each ad channel would reduce the need for cross-platform verification. Before OTB, we were running on standard browser-side pixels with no server-side fallback — a setup that increasingly underreports conversions in a cookieless, iOS-restricted world. OTB gives us a durable first-party data layer that our ad platforms can actually learn from. The result is better bidding signal quality, more accurate ROAS reporting, and retargeting audiences that don't shrink every time Apple updates Safari. All reports on one screen are really something we were looking for. Out of the blue provided exactly that to us. Now we can easily monitor our site health and take action. It improves our customer experience. A smooth checkout process was implemented with the help of the tool. Their Slack channel support provides a quick solution.
