"Not only for RN's"

ConnectRN contracts with long-care to provide staffing assistance within their facilities. It has opportunities for RN's, LPN's and STNA's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about connectRN?

I have enjoyed the flexibility and ability to experience new facilities. In some ways, it has provided me with a lens into long-term care in the greater Columbus region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about connectRN?

Essentially, when you choose a facility that works with your time and schedule you are doing it "blind". I have looked the facilities up on google to get a lens into the reviews staff, residents and families have given to get an idea of what I might encounter. As an agency nurse, you really are at the mercy of the facility and their staff to assist you with the particulars of that facility. Some places have an amazing staff, others not so much. Recommendations to others considering connectRN:

The pay structure is lower than many other agencies and it seems to only be connected with long-term care centers (at least in Ohio). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is connectRN solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides staffing to help these facilities out in providing for their patients. It has given me different experiences that I can use in my career and also has opened me to meeting new people and discovering different ways to do things. I like the flexibility.
