**What do you like best about Connect The Dots?**

Over the past ten years, I’ve made more than 10,000 introductions for companies in our portfolio, with a 2.5% close rate. Our companies have consistently found this to be very valuable. The people I introduce are generally grateful to learn about these products, even when they don’t end up becoming customers. Connect The Dots makes the process easy for both our companies and me, and I use it many times each week.

**What do you dislike about Connect The Dots?**

I’d like the app to track the success rate of the introductions I make. I understand this may already be on their product roadmap.

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CTD is an important source of high-quality leads for our companies, and it saves me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Connect The Dots?**

I like Connect The Dots for its simple and clear path to the best or strongest connection to the individual I'm trying to reach. I also appreciate the ability to have someone in my organization draft a note to send, making it just two clicks instead of dealing with copy/paste and format fixing. It effectively finds the correct connection path to gain access to power and saves time by quickly identifying the best possible path to an introduction and drafting notes for others. It also gains access to C-level people at target companies to help build pipeline, advance it, and close more deals. The integration with Salesforce and Claude is seamless. Whenever I suggest a feature, it's built almost immediately, like the recent approval paths for internal executives to send out notes. The initial setup of Connect The Dots was very easy and quick, with the team handling most of it. Additionally, we've already seen significant ROI from this purchase.

AI search vs. regular search vs. company search sometimes need to try them all but the answer is usually there

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect The Dots helps me gain access to C-level people, build and advance the pipeline, mitigate churn, and close more deals. It solves time issues in finding connections and drafting notes, with simple, clear paths to strong connections and easy note drafting.

**What do you like best about Connect The Dots?**

I like that I can keep my network for life and enjoy the security of knowing all my contacts are perfectly organized. It's really valuable that Connect The Dots automatically picks up new contacts whenever I connect with them on email or LinkedIn. I also find the ability to set up ghost emails really helpful, whether I'm writing an email for someone else to send or having them write one for me. Additionally, I appreciate being able to create custom lists of all the people I know, like great marketers, CEOs, or engineers, making it easy to find someone good to talk to at any time. The setup was really easy, just authenticating different accounts and curating my network, and I feel confident that my data and privacy are protected.

**What do you dislike about Connect The Dots?**

I'm excited about calendar integration. I know that is something that is coming. But being able to quickly see all the folks I'm meeting with in the week ahead.

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect The Dots centralizes my contacts across multiple platforms like LinkedIn and email, helping me manage relationships. It lets me see career overlaps and set up ghost emails, keeping my network organized and accessible.

**What do you like best about Connect The Dots?**

I appreciate that Connect The Dots makes the entire networking process extremely seamless, especially with its capability of connecting the entire company's LinkedIn and email networks. This allows me to see who I can connect with, even secondary or tertiary account connections, and take references from them. The one-click email feature is really the cherry on top for me. The setup was quite easy, taking maybe two to three days, which was crucial for us. I haven't seen a product like this in the market, and it stands out as a unique solution.

**What do you dislike about Connect The Dots?**

When we started, they were a small company, and we became a testing ground for them. I know they had some bugs, but they were extremely helpful on Slack to get our queries solved.

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Connect The Dots makes the whole process seamless by connecting us to our investors' network in just one click. It combines LinkedIn and email networks, showing me potential connections and reference points, easing communication and networking efforts.

**What do you like best about Connect The Dots?**

I think Connect The Dots is easy to use. Once you connect it into the enterprise, it prompts you through each of the processes, and it's not that difficult to get started in an organization. Once you allow it to access some internal data, the AI can work to bring things to the top. It is relatively easy to use, even for salespeople. I appreciate that we have a tool that goes beyond other tools to quickly get you connected to the right person in an organization or partner organization, which helps accelerate the sales process. This ease of use and comprehensive functionality makes it stand out.

**What do you dislike about Connect The Dots?**

I think the improvement could be in getting the data in the organization much easier. Getting access to the emails, the correspondence, the integrations in Salesforce. Think they've definitely gotten much better. And then it just making it almost installable, you know, immediately as opposed to having to go through a process to install it. Because there's so many different components of the sales stack. So I think just being able to almost self-install would be the ideal scenario.

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Connect The Dots to validate connection strength, which helps us access high-level opportunities. It solves the problem of figuring out if we can reach people in target positions, outperforming LinkedIn for strategic introductions.

The trust-building explanation takes a bit to process. No native mobile apps (yet).

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were hitting a wall with cold outreach when we discovered CTD, and it's been night/day since: they let you rank warm paths via employees, advisors and investors, which led to a 4x increase in meetings booked and show rates. We've also noticed a noticeable decrease in how long the sales process takes.

CDT is intuitive and its visually appealing interface makes it incredibly easy to map and understand professional relationships. Additionally, the insights and analytics given are invaluable for strategic networking and identifying key influencers within your network.

**What do you dislike about Connect The Dots?**

The initial setup and integration process, which I found to be somewhat complex and time-consuming. It can be challenging, especially if you're not particularly tech-savvy. Additionally, I've noticed occasional syncing delays, which can be frustrating when I need the most up-to-date information quickly.

**What problems is Connect The Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automatically organizes my contacts based on relationships and interactions, saving me a lot of time and effort that I would have spent manually tracking and updating connections. The insights and analytics provided by the platform have allowed me to identify key influencers and strategic connections within my network, helping me make more informed decisions and build stronger relationships.
