"The perfect bridge between front-end GDPR compliance and B2B trust automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

Concord genuinely unifies two areas that usually require completely disjointed tech stacks: website privacy operations and B2B security trust. The Google Certified CMP is incredibly easy to deploy across web architectures, handling cookie consent and automatic tracker blocking without heavy manual configuration. However, the real standout feature is the Concord Engine and its AI agents. When dealing with complex B2B deals, being able to feed security questionnaires and RFPs into the system and have the AI draft highly accurate responses based on our actual data mapping and policies is a massive time-saver. The public Trust Center is also beautifully designed and adds immediate credibility when closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord Privacy?

Because the platform relies on a unified data layer and self-learning AI, there is a slight onboarding curve. You need to invest a bit of time initially connecting your integrations and correcting the AI's first few RFP responses so it adapts perfectly to your specific security posture and tone. However, once that initial groundwork is done, the compounding accuracy of the AI pays off exponentially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Privacy compliance that stops being my problem"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

What I like most is that I’m no longer juggling separate tools for cookie consent, DSARs, and policy updates—it’s all handled in Concord now. The banners are compliant out of the box, so I’m not constantly second-guessing whether they’re set up correctly. And when a privacy law changes, the policies update themselves instead of becoming another task that lands on my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord Privacy?

The setup took as expected — data mapping and getting the integrations wired up wasn't something I could finish in an afternoon. The AI drafts for questionnaires are a good starting point but I still edit most of them before they go out. I'd also like more control over how the reports are formatted. "Easy and Effective GDPR Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

I really appreciate the fact that Concord is easy and intuitive to install, which makes the user experience pleasant from the start. It perfectly meets my GDPR compliance needs for the e-commerce sites I develop, which is essential to comply with current legislation. I also like the way Concord automatically manages Google Consent Mode version 2, which significantly improves Google Ads tracking. The feature of sending anonymized conversion data when a user does not accept cookies is also a major asset. Moreover, the integration of Concord with WordPress and WooCommerce goes smoothly, a big plus for managing my sites. Finally, the fact that I don't need to make any changes at the moment shows how well it works for my use, and I am so satisfied that I would recommend it with a perfect score of 10 out of 10 to others. "Perfect Compliance Solution with Stellar Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

I love Concord for its comprehensive and well-planned design that specifically caters to compliance needs, which was a significant factor in choosing it over other vendors. The setup process was impressively smooth, bolstered by their super-fast and excellent chat support that made it hassle-free. I find Concord's ability to handle multiple policy types, data mapping, and extensive system integrations invaluable, as these features are often lacking in competitors. These integrations are crucial for tracking client data and ensuring compliance, thus seamlessly automating Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), which greatly reduces our workload and guarantees compliance. Clients are impressed by the professional and comprehensive offering provided by Concord, and it efficiently prepares them for growth right from the start of our engagements. The thoughtful design and architecture of the application stand out, making Concord an excellent tool and leading to a perfect recommendation score of 10 from me. "Solid Data Privacy, Compliance, and Consent Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

Disclaimer: I am not an attorney or a Data Privacy or compliance expert, and this is not a legal or expert advice on those or related areas.

Over the past more than 7 years I have had my share of digging into various platforms for privacy policies and compliance to various regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.). When it comes to my website and how I handle data of my site visitors and customers, I want a process that is comprehensive and one that lets me protect their data and respect their privacy in the most respectful and transparent manner possible.

Concord doesn't generate a privacy or cookie policy yet. I am told that it is planned and should be released soon, possibly as early as in couple of months.

Terms of Service generation feature might be released in the near future but only after their certain higher priority enhancements. No ETA on that yet.

Concord does have data privacy and consent management system. It allows you to create a banner to use on your website. Settings allow you to customize banner for various things like your branding - color and certain text per your choice.

You can add various data systems that you use in your business and map various aspects of each system to whatever data you are handling associated with each of those data systems. Data systems are simply the products, services, platforms that maybe collecting data of your visitors, customers, potential customers, etc.

Data systems examples are ThriveCart, Facebook, Stripe, etc. And, there are 200+ data systems available. Setting them up is rather simple but definitely forces you to think through how you are using those in your business and on your websites or apps. So, it takes time to do that initially.

Another important aspect of being compliant which maybe required by certain regulations is Privacy Requests. Once enabled, it allows the following types of requests that people may request and Concord manages handling and processing those requests:

Get a Copy

Change Data

Delete Data

Don't Sell or Share

Concord also records and provides logs of all the relevant events with dates. Logs or data retention duration is customizable per your needs or regulations.

Implementation is pretty streamlines with tool tips almost everywhere.

They also have integration with Zapier. Webhooks, Pabbly, and others are coming soon.

Support is great along with comprehensive Help documentation and Knowledgebase articles.

I have a fairly comprehensive review video here ---> m (dot)marketingautomationfocus(dot)com/concord-review-yt

If you don't have a comprehensive data privacy and compliance solution, consider giving Concord a shot. You can thank me later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord Privacy?

There is nothing to dislike about Concord app. I would like for them to release policy generator feature for Privacy, Terms, and possibly other policies. I know they are already working on Privacy Policy generator. Others may be released in near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord Privacy?

We need to be aware that Concord is very comprehensive and therefore requires a certain level of commitment to the system.

"Exceptional Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Concord Privacy?

We've tried out a few consent management platforms, and Concord is among the best. It's easy to install, has an intuitive interface and a robust set of features. However, where they really shine is customer support. We recently installed Concord on our rather archaic Sitecore CMS, which initially led to some page rendering conflicts. The response from the Concord team was nothing short of amazing. Within an hour of opening a ticket, they had acknowledged the issue and begun working on a solution. Their team quickly updated their code, and the problem was fully resolved in less than a day. I've never experienced this level of responsiveness and expertise from a vendor. Truly outstanding. What do you dislike about Concord Privacy?

I have nothing negative to say. My experience has been 100% positive with this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
