Conance Reviews & Product Details

Conance is a French online software for managing the commissions received by wealth management firms (CGP, CIF, brokers). It imports partner commission statements in any format (Excel, CSV, OpenDocument, PDF), brings them into one consolidated database, flags missing commissions, forecasts what is still to come this year, and prepares the figures for the annual French CIF regulatory form (FRA CIF) and for accounting (FEC and CSV exports). Imports work without AI, PDFs included. Optional AI can assist with difficult PDFs: it proposes, the firm validates. Conance works alongside a firm's CRM and does not replace it. It is available in French. Data is hosted in France, with two-factor authentication, roles and permissions. A free plan is available; paid plans range from €100 to €800 per month depending on volume, and multi-firm plans start at €180 per month.
