What do you like best about CompStak Exchange?

What do you dislike about CompStak Exchange?

I had a bad customer support experience. Our team stopped using Compstack months prior to the renewal date, we kindly asked them to opt out when we receive the renewal notification, and they refused due to a 60-day renewal clause. I don't understand what they win by forcing an expensive renewal upon a company not using their product anymore. Truly shocking for a SaaS platform that doesn't incur any costs in a client renewal. It feels they prefer to keep charging high fees to companies not using their product, then making their product better and creating true value for their customers (nobody asked me why we don't use the product we paid for). Recommendations to others considering CompStak Exchange:

I highly discourage you from using CompStack, we wasted money. You'll be locked in an auto-renewal with a 6 month notice period you won't be aware of, and they will refuse that you opt out even if you're not using the platform. Terrible customer experience. What do you like best about CompStak Exchange?

Unlike CoStar, compstak is usually spot on with the information that is provided. not only are you able to get small details on similar comps, but i'm able to better serve my client because of it. I wish I had unlimited credits! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompStak Exchange?

One thing that I dislike about compstak is when deals are outdated or comps no longer apply for a specific company. For example, if a company had moved locations, compstak does not yet have the information. so, very seldomly, i get the wrong info from compstak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompStak Exchange?

That you are able to collect other comps that you may not be able to attain. It is user friendly and makes it easy to search for comps in a certain area and export them to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompStak Exchange?

That you can't keep some comps private. Once you have uploaded it to the system then anyone has the ability to see it. It would be nice to use this platform to store all of my companies comps and be able to keep some comps private. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is still in the early stages and you will notice some comps are not correct because they are relying on information giving to them by multiple people. It is and will be a powerful tool in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompStak Exchange?

I specialize in retail leasing and there aren't a lot of tools out there to help you find accurate comps. This is a great tool for finding comps, especially in the Bronx and outer boroughs.
