User friendly interface and iCompleat offers all of the functionality we need as part of working with Sage to manage and process Invoices and Ordering.

We also like the intergration with Sage for postings and how we can use punchout applications such as Amazon FB for a seamless way to order products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do occasionaly have performance issues with iCompleat where the system can take a while to load and refresh.

The fact you don't have to manually input invoices onto the finance system. Printing out invoices, analysing them and putting the same date onto sage / xero would take a huge chunk out of your day. Now, I can go on icompleat once or twice a week and go through all invoices, knowing once i've hit ok, they'll be posted on my ledger awaiting to be paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be slow at times or not include invoice sometimes. The customer service is awful at times, or even non-existent. It makes it really frustrating that you are asked to leave your name an number and then don't get a call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As CFO I have had the Compleat Software implemented at the last three companies I have been CFO.

iCompleat has made the review, approval and declining of our company invoices seamless. It has saved so much work internally across all our departments. I can also easily search for previous invoices within the system. I have just started using the Amazon booking tool via iCompleat and again find it seamless and very easy to use. My experience and use of Compleat is limited to raising Purchase Orders for my organisation. In this capacity it's an invaluable tool and ends years of rifling through, bulging, 'dog-eared' and sometimes lost paper-work. Invoices can be sent directly to the system further enhancing a paper-less environment. It's simple and clean to use. Layout is easy to grasp. Nothing significant, but again, I don't use all its functionalities. However, just one comment. When sending PO's for approval and budget is exceeded, it's easy to overlook the 'out of budget' warning as it's not prominent enough. This means PO's are not being attended to and languish. Compleat Software is Easy to navigate and has an excellent help guide. When we raise a requisition, we can also set up specific approval routes so that your company can manage who approves particular items. To receipt a purchase Order is quick and straightforward, and if there are any errors, easy to edit. For employees to set a nominee during annual leave is very helpful and makes things much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much I dislike in Compleat software, although once a purchase order has been approved, I am unsure how to cancel this if an error is detected or if the PO is no longer required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
