The application is not user friendly. Has proven to be extremely disadvantageous, in managing my commute. The customer support from Commutifi is not always available to assist with any queries. **What do you dislike about Commutifi?** Far I have encountered many issues. The interface needs to benefit from some improvements and additional features. Commutifi provides advantages there are limitations to consider. The interface is quite intricate for users posing problems in terms of navigation and comprehension. **What problems is Commutifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data analysis provided by Commutifi sometimes is unreliable and inconsistent resulting in assessments and comparisons of commuting scenarios. Their user-friendly app makes it a breeze to plan and optimize my travel, saving me both time and money. The seamless experience and eco-friendly options make Commutifi my go-to choice for stress-free commuting. But now using now-a-days, due to WFH, but still highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their daily travel routine especially during office hours. **What do you dislike about Commutifi?** Sometimes the promised features are either missing or don't work as advertised in the app. They need to solve this issue in case if they need larger customer base to trust on them. Customer support is also nonexistent, leaving users stranded with unresolved issues. **What problems is Commutifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am very happy with Commutifi.
