They are knowledgable, capable and really care about making our event a success. I appreciated their attention to detail, responsiveness and their desire to help us anyway they can to ensure that our annual virtual conference went off without a hitch. Not only do they have a great project management team to help us plan, design and execute our virutal event, their platform did exactly what we wanted. The virtual event platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's constructed and laid out in a very logistical way which made it easy for us to take our usual in-person conference and translate it into a virtual experience. We received lots of great feedback from our attending customers and partners! **What do you dislike about Communiqué Virtual Conference?** Some parts of the platform can be designed to be a little more user friendly for backend users and adminstrators, however, most of the issues are being addressed through future updates. **What problems is Communiqué Virtual Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to take our usual in-person customer conference and turn it into a virtual experience to adjust to the travel limitations and health concerns associated with COVID. Communique provided us with the perfect virtual platform that allowed us to do just that. The platform had great customer engagement features that mimicked a real life in-person event like an auditorium that allowed us to host over 30+ customer and partner led breakout sessions, general sessions, and networking events; an interactive exhibit hall with 18 sponsor booths; a resource center that hosted our webinars, assets and collateral, a build your own agenda feature, a networking tool and a break room with fun and engaging interactive activities like a photobooth and much more. With the help of their project management team, we were able to pull off a highly successful virtual event 2 years in a row! We are repeat customers for a good reason! ### 3. The benefit of offering our customers a virtual platform that allows large groups to network and encourages live interaction. Something no other platforms can accomplish successfully. The 6Connex platform is the best I've seen and gives our virtual events the 'wow' factor we're looking for. **What do you dislike about Communiqué Virtual Conference?** We've now used 6Connex for three virtual events so feel completely comfortable, but the first time you use it can be overwhelming given it has so many features. Communique has done a great job at streamlining the process for clients though over the last year and a half we have worked with them. **What problems is Communiqué Virtual Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pre-pandemic we offered a free virtual livestream for our meetings, but now we have a robust system for housing not only the livestream, but also the videos on-demand after and virtual sponsor booths. The workload is very heavy in hosting a virtual conference and the platform is complex.
