They serve helpful dashboard, which have such a data as trends per time line or share of voice; I can compare media performance with contenders. **What do you dislike about Commetric?** Commetric does not give more detailed statistics for social media interaction such as follower increase, post impression. This slows down the processes of measuring the efficacy of our social media marketing campaigns and tweaking the overall social media strategy. **What problems is Commetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Commetric enables us a look at our media footprint across multiple platforms. Especially benefitial is the interoperability between modules, so I can get better overview about what's happening. I like the Lead Tracking tool as well. **What do you dislike about Commetric?** Horrible website, that is not fully optimised for some browsers. Data export and import could be better and more user friendly with some extra features. **What problems is Commetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead tracking and live monitoring works great and helped us to stay on track and focused on our KPI's. ### 3.
