Comit is providing a samless solution in integration and act as a catlayst for providing solutions to the end customers

**What do you like best about COMIT?**

It is easy to deploy, constantly updated, and the support is best. Everyone at Comit has a proper understanding of the product. We can also prevent the visibility of protected items once we categorize them under Private view.

**What do you dislike about COMIT?**

The web control panel for the self-hosted product is not that good aspect. Much of clicking around that could be simplified. Not much affordable for certain plugins.

**What problems is COMIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface is great and the backup reports are on point which is helpful. It solves backup problems on server. Using its customer web portal, we can easily take a backup from remote locations, analyze the job history, modify its protected item settings, and can mention the storage vault path.

No Live support or Tickets for priority resolution.

It's an amazing software to track all the call activities.

It Monitors Call, Invound Reports, Outbound Reports, Usage Reports, Chargeback Tracking.
