What do you like best about Comindware Project?

Automated Gantt-chart is perfect. Social network embedded for team collaboration helps a lot. Drag-and-drop priority planning is a very effective and easy-to-use feature as well. Real-time project status and automated deadline recalculation is the functionality that I liked the most. Also Comindware Project has an embedded document flow system. All the project documents are in one internal base. The specifications, price lists, presentations, agreements and other related documents are available to the team when they need them. The solution also has iPhone and Android applications, making it possible to track the progress of the projects anywhere you wish. It makes the PM activities more flexible and time-effective. What do you dislike about Comindware Project?

Comindware Project is not very good for Project Portfolio Management. It may be improved by adding the functionality of budgeting management and invoice processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comindware Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Comindware Project to plan projects, create Gantt-charts, set task priorities, and organize distributed team collaboration. Most of my projects involve new people with different skills and from different companies (sometimes even different countries). The tool helps to plan their activities and to monitor the project progress on a real-time basis. It's very important when every team member can see his/her impact on the project results, so as to understand how his delay may shift the general deadline.
