**What do you like best about collony.ai?**

Ease of use.
Very contextually aware and great responses compared to other community bots. 
Handles spam in seconds.

**What do you dislike about collony.ai?**

It is still on its early stages, and there is some fine tuning you need to do with the bot in order to get to a stage where you are happy with it running your community on its own.

**What problems is collony.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Collony, our moderators were spending a significant chunk of their week manually reviewing flagged messages, chasing down spam waves that hit overnight, and trying to keep conversation quality high during hours when no one was online.

The time zone gaps were the worst part; by the time someone finally caught a spam thread, it had often been sitting there for hours. The biggest change for us has been the automated moderation layer. Collony catches the things that used to slip through within seconds, coordinated spam, low-quality promotional messages, and bot activity, without us having to be present around the clock.

In rough terms, we’ve seen a 100% drop in spam reaching the community feed, and our moderation team has reclaimed several hours each week. That time now goes into actual community building instead of constant cleanup.
