Collage's team has been phenomenal- from onboarding to general questions- they are always available. They take the time to understand your brand and how you use their platform, while considering all feedback. **What do you dislike about Collage?** My only pain point is wishing there was a way to save a default 'sort by', which I have expressed to their team and they are taking into consideration. **What problems is Collage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have assets that only certain users should access, such as unreleased product images. Collage solves this issue for us by limiting roles and using brand portals vs collages. ### 2. This playlist of my digital assets allows me to organize my digital assets into a specific function or type of asset, maybe a campaign or something like that, without having to duplicate or move a digital asset to a new folder. It maintains the integrity of my organization of my digital assets but allows for greater searchability for my assets. **What do you dislike about Collage?** The upload and onboarding process could be improved. It can take a significant amount of time, which is partly due to the backend framework of Collage. Also, having to apply thought and logic to an organization process can be complex if you've never thought about it before. **What problems is Collage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Collage for organizing digital assets, making them readily accessible and searchable. The 'collage' feature organizes assets into playlists without needing duplication, maintaining asset integrity and enhancing searchability. ### 3. We've also loved the tagging system, which has helped us find assets quickly! **What do you dislike about Collage?** I wouldn't recommend Collage to companies with extensive assets (like 30,000+). Smaller brands are perfect for the platform, but our brand has around 20,000 assets total, and tagging/organizing all of them is a challenge. The platform itself has also been a learning curve for our team. **What problems is Collage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, when uploading an assets, you had to upload it, sort it into a folder, then find the asset in said folder, and add it to a collage. We raised the issue to Collage's team, and they fixed it! Now you can add an asset to both a folder and a collage upon upload. They have been very responsive and helpful! ### 4. More importantly, the Collage team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They're interested in helping clients use the platform efficiently and in a way that aligns with the institution's overarching goals and needs. The Collage team had a clear process that ensured ease of implementation. They're available for assistance, answer questions promptly, and brainstorm new features and use cases in real time, working to tailor the new platform to the user's unique needs. **What do you dislike about Collage?** Collage is different than other platforms, and it challenges users to break the mold on what photo/video storage and access should look like. Features aren't always where you expect them to be, but once you've played around with Collage, it all starts making sense. And, because it's relatively new, it's always changing. Our team has enjoyed influencing future development. **What problems is Collage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our institution has decades worth of digital content saved across cloud-based and on-premises platforms, and it has been difficult to find the right types of content. Truly, from the beginning of the discovery phase to my latest call with Ross, I feel heard and valued as a client. This level of attention to detail is rare to come by. **What do you dislike about Collage?** Some features are still to be added, like previewing videos for longer than 5 seconds when sending an external link or viewing heic files but can hardly say this is a dislike as I know these are in visibility from the team and I receive regular updates on status of the updates. **What problems is Collage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a large amount of content to collect and organize for my company and Collage makes doing that easy. Not to mention removing the need for me to send a number of common assets (logos, product sheets, etc) with their Brand Portal option. ### 6. They are very personable, and it feels like they care about our success.
