What do you like best about Collaborator.pro?
Collaborator.pro is an absolute game-changer for anyone working in SEO or PR who relies heavily on building high-quality backlinks and distributing content effectively. For me, the standout feature is the detailed SEO metrics provided for each site in their catalog. The integration of data points like Domain Authority (DA), Trust Flow (TF), and traffic breakdown (including geography) is invaluable. This level of transparency allows me to evaluate the quality of a site at a glance without having to cross-reference multiple third-party tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
The filtering system is another highlight. With over 40 parameters, it’s easy to narrow down exactly what I need. For example, I often use filters for niche-specific blogs with high traffic from a particular country, and I can even fine-tune by factors like spam score or publication frequency. What really saves time is the ability to save these filter settings—this way, I don’t have to recreate complex queries for each campaign.
One of the most overlooked features is the weekly updates on newly added sites that match your saved criteria. This has been a huge help for me to continuously find fresh opportunities without spending hours digging manually.
Another big plus is the integration of Telegram channel advertising. It’s rare to find a platform that combines guest posting and social media outreach in one place. The Telegram data is detailed—showing channel growth, audience engagement, and traffic trends—so I can confidently choose the best channels for promoting my content.
Finally, the actual guest post submission process is streamlined and intuitive. Collaborator.pro simplifies communication with publishers, provides clear guidelines for submissions, and even automates reminders to ensure deadlines are met. This has drastically improved the efficiency of my campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Collaborator.pro?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, there is a slight learning curve when it comes to mastering some of the advanced features, like interpreting the metrics or using the more niche filter options. At first, I found myself spending extra time figuring out how to use certain aspects effectively.
That said, their customer support team was outstanding. When I encountered a couple of technical issues with exporting data and some delays in communication with a publisher, the support team resolved everything quickly and professionally. They even followed up later to ensure I was satisfied with the solution, which was a great touch.
Another thing I’d like to see improved is integration with external tools like Google Sheets or project management platforms. Right now, I manually export data for campaign tracking, but having direct integrations would streamline this process even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
