What do you like best about Colibri.ai?

I like that Colibri transcribes my meetings, so I do not have to take notes.

The automatic transcription is pretty good.

The interface is clear and simple.

I use Colibri to record and transcribe my Zoom meetings. I’ve chosen this tool because it has a great integration with Zoom. It allows me to turn transcription on and off right from the Zoom interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?

Transcription is not 100% accurate, but still it’s one of the best tools that I’ve tried.

What do you like best about Colibri.ai?

Colibri lets me see what I say. Literally. Unlike so many other voice to text solutions, it works in real time.

We use colibri to document most of our client and team calls. It has proven invaluable when it comes time to find themes within and across conversations.

Also, we do lots of call with business people whose first language isn't English. Colibri helps them feel more comfortable because they can read the conversation and be more fully part of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?

Sometimes with multiple speakers, accuracy suffers. That's true with all voice recognition programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Colibri.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

During meetings, my copywriters and designers can copy-and-past my verbal instructions which saves us hours each week.

After meetings, we can find key comments, client requests, and listen in for tone which adds to situational understanding.

Colibri makes our clients who don't speak English as their first language more confident because they can read what was said and feel more confident about understanding the details.

When prospecting, we're able to review a colibri transcription much faster than listening to a recording. When a lot of time passes between prospect calls, it's great to ramp up and remember the nuances of any call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Colibri.ai?

I liked the set and forget nature of this product. The UI for reviewing transcripts is tidy and easy to use too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?

The customer service wasn't great. I had a bad interaction when trying to discuss a bulk export, and it really put me off the service as a whole.

UPDATE: After seeing my review, a representative reached out and put the situation right. I was able to get a bulk export of my files. I've put the bad experience down to a bad day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
