The main issue is reliability. The notetaking feature frequently fails to register input or does so with extreme delay. This is not a rare occurrence, it happens repeatedly every 2 to 3 days, making it unreliable for any serious or time-sensitive use. In practice, it often feels like you can’t trust it to capture what you write when you need it most. What makes this worse is that this problem has not been new. It has persisted for years without meaningful improvement or resolution. Despite continued use and updates, the core issue remains the same. I also reached out to support multiple times. Eventually, I did receive a response, but it was generic and essentially just an apology with no real solution. After that interaction, the issue continued exactly as before, which was disappointing given how long it has been ongoing. Overall, while the tool has potential and some useful features, the instability of the notetaking function makes it unreliable for consistent use. For a core feature like note capture, reliability should be the highest priority, and unfortunately that is where this product falls short. **What problems is Colibri.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** It notetakes everything for me (when it's working) ### 2. The automatic transcription is pretty good. The interface is clear and simple. I use Colibri to record and transcribe my Zoom meetings. I’ve chosen this tool because it has a great integration with Zoom. It allows me to turn transcription on and off right from the Zoom interface. **What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?** Transcription is not 100% accurate, but still it’s one of the best tools that I’ve tried. It would be great to be able to categorize my meeting recordings into folders. **Recommendations to others considering Colibri.ai:** Try it out! Colibri is an excellent transcription tool for online meetings. **What problems is Colibri.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Colibri to document customer calls and team meetings. It allows me to record every word without typing anything. With searchable meeting transcripts, I can quickly recall information when I forget something. Unlike so many other voice to text solutions, it works in real time. We use colibri to document most of our client and team calls. It has proven invaluable when it comes time to find themes within and across conversations. Also, we do lots of call with business people whose first language isn't English. Colibri helps them feel more comfortable because they can read the conversation and be more fully part of it. **What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?** Sometimes with multiple speakers, accuracy suffers. That's true with all voice recognition programs. **What problems is Colibri.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** During meetings, my copywriters and designers can copy-and-past my verbal instructions which saves us hours each week. After meetings, we can find key comments, client requests, and listen in for tone which adds to situational understanding. Colibri makes our clients who don't speak English as their first language more confident because they can read what was said and feel more confident about understanding the details. When prospecting, we're able to review a colibri transcription much faster than listening to a recording. When a lot of time passes between prospect calls, it's great to ramp up and remember the nuances of any call. ### 5. The UI for reviewing transcripts is tidy and easy to use too. **What do you dislike about Colibri.ai?** The customer service wasn't great. I had a bad interaction when trying to discuss a bulk export, and it really put me off the service as a whole. UPDATE: After seeing my review, a representative reached out and put the situation right. I was able to get a bulk export of my files.
