As i mentioned, adding more fetures as needed is simple. Customer support has quick solution everytime. Implementation is very easy and smooth for workers like me. Integration made by our IT team and they said it was easy. i was using COI everyday I really like that the platform allows me to organise all my files in one central location. This is helpful for due diligence and research projects. My main challenge has been figuring out how to effectively search through and make sense of the files. Some files aren't user friendly, though they do proe links for assistance. I did, however found it to be slower at times when dealing with large amounts of data.
