As a tech writer when i use this software i feel like it's very easy to use while still being really good at managing risk. In my opinion it's good at handle risk without being complicated. Sometimes i think its might be bit pricy after using its limited features like a new user take more time to understand how to use this in correct manner for better output. As per my observation it helps businesses to keeping tracks of risks and also it helps to get things done faster according to the time other software user took. COI RiskManager is one of the best what we have used till date. It was easy implementated in to the system. The platform is very easy to use and new modules can be created with minimal effort. As i mentioned, adding more fetures as needed is simple. Customer support has quick solution everytime. Implementation is very easy and smooth for workers like me. Integration made by our IT team and they said it was easy. i was using COI everyday I really like that the platform allows me to organise all my files in one central location. This is helpful for due diligence and research projects. My main challenge has been figuring out how to effectively search through and make sense of the files. Some files aren't user friendly, though they do proe links for assistance. Overall the platform's intuitive interface, customizable modules and centralized file storage make my work much more efficent, despite some difficulties navigating certain complex files. I like COI Risk Manager's feature that we were able to mould to provide a custom fit to my previous company with ease. Its built to be used for a novice and well documented for first time users. I did, however found it to be slower at times when dealing with large amounts of data. My company was big and it was using COIRM on a large scale so naturally we found it lag some times.
