## About Cohost
Cohost is a software company headquartered in New York, NY, founded in 2025. The company was built to address a clear gap in the event technology market for mid-tier event professionals who require more capability than consumer-grade ticketing tools but operate outside the scope of large enterprise platforms. Cohost is an early-stage company with a focused team working directly with event organizers, venues, and promoters to develop and continuously refine its platform based on real operational feedback from its customer base. Cohost's core focus is event management and ticketing infrastructure for professional organizers. The company specializes in white-label ticketing, workflow automation, and partner integrations that allow event teams to build connected operational systems around their ticketing and attendee management needs. Cohost's partner integration framework enables teams to connect third-party tools or develop custom applications tailored to their specific workflows. A key area of ongoing development is AI-powered analytics, which leverages aggregated cross-event data to provide organizers with actionable insights around pricing strategy, capacity planning, and overall event performance. Cohost is purpose-built for the professional event management segment, with particular depth in recurring events, multi-channel ticket distribution, and operational tooling for venues and promoters managing complex event schedules. The platform is designed to scale with its customers — serving organizations that are growing beyond entry-level tools and need a system that can support more sophisticated operational requirements without the cost or complexity of enterprise software. Cohost works closely with its initial customer base to ensure the platform continues to reflect the practical, day-to-day needs of independent venues, professional promoters, and event management teams.

## Cohost Reviews
 ### 1. Event Management Made Effortless with Cohost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohost?**

I use Cohost to manage tickets, events, attendees, scheduling, and workflows, and I love that it's all connected. Previously, I had to open multiple sheets to do research, but now I can just ask Cohost's AI chat, Plover, to research my events and even conduct market research with recommendations. It manages refunds, venue changes, ticket switches, and has its own scanner for event tickets, giving us a full workflow. The connectivity to other tools is great too. I really value their responsiveness; I even have the CEO's contact and can reach out any time, which is incredible. This platform allows us to combine all our data under one roof, unlike when we used different platforms like Eventbrite. I can ask Plover complicated questions, and it’s smart enough to research and answer, which is very helpful. Recently, Plover helped us manage ticket price changes across multiple platforms while keeping breakout prices specific. Cohost’s responsiveness and communication are commendable, and they keep us informed about new services and involve us in piloting them.

**What do you dislike about Cohost?**

I would like direct contact to marketplaces via Cohost, currently I have to sign up to Eventbrite separately, Posh, Dice... In a perfect world, I will create the event in Cohost and just click a button to publish on Posh or Dice. I can do it today in Cohost with Eventbrite, but not the others.

**What problems is Cohost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cohost helps us manage hundreds of events, integrates all tools under one platform, and simplifies event management. Its AI chat, Plover, efficiently answers complex queries, tracks events, and adjusts ticket pricing across platforms, saving time previously spent on multiple sheets.

 ### 2. Seamless Whitelabel Ticketing and Unified Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya G. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Cohost?**

The whitelabel ticketing is the main thing — our attendees check out on our site, with our branding. We also sell on Eventbrite and a couple partner sites, and everything shows up in the same dashboard so we're not logging in everywhere. Scanning Eventbrite tickets through the same app at the gate was something we didn't expect but it's been really useful.

**What do you dislike about Cohost?**

The mobile experience could use some work. We manage most things from desktop which is fine, but on event day you're sometimes on your phone and it's not as clean.
Also onboarding could be smoother. There's a lot the platform can do and it's not always obvious where to start. Once you're set up it's fine, but the first week took some trial and error.

**Recommendations to others considering Cohost:**

Best suited for organizers who are already running events regularly and need things to actually connect. If you're just starting out it might be more than you need, but if you're managing multiple sales channels it makes a lot of sense.

**What problems is Cohost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing was visibility — we had no single place to see all our ticket sales. Cohost fixed that. We also stopped doing a lot of manual work between tools thanks to the automations. And we can scan Eventbrite tickets through the same app, so we don't need to run two systems at the door.

 ### 3. Hands-On Support and Fast Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen G. | CEO, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohost?**

The hands-on support. I just called to ask for a new integration , and got it in matter of days.

**What do you dislike about Cohost?**

There isn’t enough support or helpful documentation. I don’t want to have to contact them for help every time I can’t figure out how to do something. Most of the time when I did reach out—probably 9 out of 10 times—the feature was already there; I just didn’t notice it.

**Recommendations to others considering Cohost:**

If your workflow is complicated with many moving parts, Cohost is woth trying

**What problems is Cohost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations with other platforms, whether for events or non-events, have been really helpful. We used it to create different workflows that help us complete complicated tasks and save tons of time.

 ### 4. Personal, Responsive Support That Solves Problems Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Cohost?**

The personal contact is what stands out to me. This may not be the same experience for everyone, but we’re able to pick up the phone, talk with them, and work together to solve our problems.

**What do you dislike about Cohost?**

I wish htey had more robust reports. But they created a bridge to just push the data directly into our powerBi so we found a workaround rather easily.

**Recommendations to others considering Cohost:**

They are still small enough to pick up the phone, so I recommend getting in on it now :)

**What problems is Cohost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing events across multiple platforms, keeping prices consistent, and combining sales used to be a real challenge for us. We host our events in different clubs and venues, and we often sell on Facebook, Eventbrite, the venue sells tickets directly, and through other resellers. Managing ticket prices across all of these different avenues was a headache. We worked with Cohost directly, and they created a pricing feature in partnership with us that we now use to set ticket prices centrally and fan them out to our marketplaces.
