Yes their core expertise is A/V Production, from sound & lights to connectivity to virtual/broadcast, but they're also steeped in the tangentially connected elements that make your event a success, like content creation, attendee journey & registration. Led by the affable Chief Einstein Will Curran, a featured speaker within the industry, the company has evolved into a wholist and visionary partner for your event vs just a nuts & bolts supplier. In terms of cost, they're one of the most transparent shops you'll ever have the pleasure of getting an estimate from, and they'll tell you straight up if you're better served by working with a different company for your event, because they're trustworthy and don't suffer from short-term vision. And if you're just looking to kick the tires first, since they're the kings of inbound marketing, there's a mountain of content they've put out over the years on best practices, etc for you to consume and get a sense of working with them before you've even sent that intital email. The qaulity extends to every staff member who goes through a unique hiring process, so no matter who's touching your event, you're in a solid hands. I have worked with 100+ A/V companies throughout my 30 year career and Endless has become my first stop for a quote given they're trustworthy, competitively priced, networked globablly, creative problem solvers, calmly confident & experts beyond core A/V production. **What do you like best about Endless Events?** They intimately understand the objectives, goals & tools needed to make an event a success far beyond standard A/V production. **What do you dislike about Endless Events?** Sometimes I can't afford them depending on my budget. They're not the cheapest but they're one of the best. **What problems is Endless Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Value! The staff at Endless are simply the best. They are detail-oriented, organized, professional, and extremely fun. If a problem were ever to come up, they already have a creative solution in mind... overall, they are exceptional at their role. **What do you dislike about Endless Events?** I'm not even sure what I would say - the staff at Endless have really become a part of our team - so maybe that we only get to really work with them for just part of the year! **What problems is Endless Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** While our staff create programs and education, Endless takes on the skillset that our team isn't necessarily focused on (for example, A/V needs.) We have worked together on virtual pitch contests, as well as a hybrid event bringing together attendees from various pods participating all throughout the world as well as a remote audience. **What do you like best about Endless Events?** The Endless team is very experienced in virtual and hybrid. They know well that all of this did not start in 2020, but successful companies were using these tools for years prior. Because of that experience - they know about the wide variety of tools that can be used and are very aware of common pitfalls that will save your company time and money when you work with them. **What do you dislike about Endless Events?** Can't say I have anything to add to this category! **What problems is Endless Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Especially during Covid, working with virtual and hybrid events allows us to reach an audience that would otherwise not be accessible during the pandemic. From the first meeting with them, I knew it was the company I wanted to partner with. I have dealt with many A/V companies through the various jobs I have had, but Endless was the only one I felt truly wanted to make it the best event it could be. They were quick with communication and worked with us on our budget. Often, with events, I have to keep an eye on the setup to make sure it's being done correctly, but that was not the case with Endless. There was never a moment throughout the event that I did not feel each team member was on their A-game. Even when last-minute changes came up, they offered up ways to fix it and implemented those ways quickly and efficiently. Not only did I enjoy working with them during that event, but I have recommended them and tried to work with them again ever since. **What do you like best about Endless Events?** The main thing I like about Endless Events is how personable of a company they are. Many times when working with them, the owner Will personally asked me how things were going. Not only during the event but over the years following. The only dislike I really have is that I can't work with them for every event I am a part of. **Recommendations to others considering Endless Events:** If you are considering using Endless Events set up a meeting. I promise from that first conversation you will learn why they are the company you should go with. **What problems is Endless Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Endless Events helps me solve my emotional connection problems. What I mean by this is when I direct an event, I am trying to create an experience for the attendees. No matter what the industry, if you don't connect with the attendees, they won't learn or buy or whatever the event's purpose is. Endless gave me the partnership to make sure our event A/V needs were met to showcase our content the best way our budget allowed. We didn't have to worry if people couldn't see or hear; we just had to worry about connecting to and motivating our attendees. ### 6. Leading up to the conference, the Einsteins asked all the right questions to understand how our event was unique (and where it was predictable); on-site, they were flexible, poised, and friendly. Supporting a 700-1200 attendee conference with Main Stage, Side Stage, and two dozen Breakout Rooms requires a calm approach with plenty of preparation and planning and Endless Events delivered in spades! **What do you like best about Endless Events?** Endless' Einsteins took time to build rapport and a relationship in advance of the event. Endless' staff came to every meeting prepared and ready to assist in making decisions and brought tremendous energy to the production side of our event. **What do you dislike about Endless Events?** Endless' Virtual Company structure can be a bit strange at first--not knowing where people will physically be can feel strange--I was worried about aligning schedules across time zones. However, I quickly learned they were always happy to flex with my schedule, and they were highly accomodating concerning scheduling. **Recommendations to others considering Endless Events:** Be clear about how much involvement/control you wish to have--I'm very highly involved with our events and expect to work with Endless as a partner, not just a customer. But if you'd like to have them make more decisions and take more of the burden, they'd be great at that too! **What problems is Endless Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Endless' relationships with local crew and equipment around the southern US allows me to work with a consistent events staff and no longer spend many hours researching local events companies and soliciting bids. ### 12.
