I use Scryon to look for different conventions and conferences to find new customers. I don’t need to maintain our own conference data, and I get information about conferences that we didn’t know about before. They have a nice database of conferences that I can rely on. I like that Scryon uses a proprietary algorithm to match our ICP to relevant conferences, and it saves us a lot of time. I also like the commitment to customer service. I had questions about defining the ICP in the interface, and they followed up with me until I managed to finish successfully. The customer service was exceptionally good. I had some questions about how to define the ICP using the interface. Parts of the catalog are not yet polished. I sometimes find obscure conferences and I’m not sure if they are worth my time, so I need to go outside to the web for more information. I’d appreciate having that information inside Scryon. What I like best about Scryon is how quickly it helps us discover relevant information around companies, industries, conferences, and other important market activities. It saves a lot of time compared with searching manually across multiple sources and makes it easier to identify useful opportunities, events, and insights in one place. I like that Scryon has better pricing, and the young team is ready to customize the product to our requirements. It helps us find the most relevant conferences and ones most relevant to our ICP companies, and our ROI grew at least 30–40%. I find scoring conferences and attendees to my ICP valuable.
