I use Cohost to manage tickets, events, attendees, scheduling, and workflows, and I love that it's all connected. Previously, I had to open multiple sheets to do research, but now I can just ask Cohost's AI chat, Plover, to research my events and even conduct market research with recommendations. It manages refunds, venue changes, ticket switches, and has its own scanner for event tickets, giving us a full workflow. The connectivity to other tools is great too. I really value their responsiveness; I even have the CEO's contact and can reach out any time, which is incredible. This platform allows us to combine all our data under one roof, unlike when we used different platforms like Eventbrite. I can ask Plover complicated questions, and it’s smart enough to research and answer, which is very helpful. Recently, Plover helped us manage ticket price changes across multiple platforms while keeping breakout prices specific. Cohost’s responsiveness and communication are commendable, and they keep us informed about new services and involve us in piloting them.
The personal contact is what stands out to me. This may not be the same experience for everyone, but we’re able to pick up the phone, talk with them, and work together to solve our problems.
