CogniAgent Reviews & Product Details

CogniAgent is a no-code AI agent platform for business. Your agents talk across 8 channels and act across 2,700+ systems. Mid-conversation, your agent checks order status or an open calendar slot, updates the CRM record, and confirms the booking, so customers get an answer instead of a promised callback. Setup is simple: start from a ready-made template, or describe the agent in plain words and the AI Concierge builds it, with no developer needed. Free to start, with no monthly fee and no commitment. Agents run on three technologies. Conversational AI agents hold natural, multi-turn dialogue on voice, SMS, WhatsApp, web chat, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to qualify leads, answer questions, and collect details. Autonomous AI agents work in the background on events, schedules, or thresholds and complete multi-step tasks across connected systems. Cognitive AI agents unite the two: they talk and act in the same exchange, for example screening a job applicant and booking the interview, or qualifying a lead and sending the quote, while the person is still in the conversation. When a case needs a person, the agent hands it over with the full context. Common agents include lead qualification and follow-up, appointment booking, customer support and order status, candidate screening and interview booking, HR onboarding, and invoice checks. Agents read and write live data in CRM, scheduling, ERP, helpdesk, and ATS apps, with native Google Sheets and Slack connections. Pricing is usage-based with no per-seat fee. Pay as You Go includes 5,000 credits on signup, credit packs from $10 that never expire, and up to 5 user seats. Enterprise adds an annual credit package, SSO, your own LLM API keys, and agents built by the CogniAgent team.
