Lovely design and lots of customisation options. We've had great success sitting around the table working as a team with one person controlling the laptop and it being up on the big screen. **What do you dislike about Coggle for G Suite?** Sometimes the lines can be a little fiddly and janky to get right, a mirroring option would be nice, so that you can quickly get a nice matching pair. Option for a night mode would be nice. **What problems is Coggle for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coggle helps our team collaborate quickly and pleasantly seeing as we spend a lot of time creating brain maps for ideas then refining them. We used to do it on a large window with a wipeable pen but was more of a nuisance than anything. ### 3. The ability to place notes, images, and text in a hierarchical format makes plans clear and consistent for everyone to quickly grasp. It's also fairly useful for writing essays or planning out presentations. There's a lot that you could do that I'm sure I've not even aware of yet. **What do you dislike about Coggle for G Suite?** I was lucky enough to have used Coggle when the product was still in beta, and because of that I have their awesome plan for life. I feel features behind paid features is a bit iffy, however I would say the investment is well worth it if you're interested. You're only allowed three private coggles under their free plan, but it's unlimited if you switch to Awesome. **Recommendations to others considering Coggle for G Suite:** Trying coggle out is free, so I'd recommend jumping in and giving it a go. They have multiple payment plans, so for bigger teams with more projects you may need to switch to their higher tiers, but they're rather inexpensive in my opinion. **What problems is Coggle for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Coggle for quickly brainstorming large complex tasks. Since I've started using it however, I've begun using it for hobby projects and tutorials to explain concepts. It's incredibly useful for quickly demonstrating projects and goals to clients as well, I've used it for several presentations to get clients on the same page as my development team to ensure that we're headed in the right direction. ### 6. The tool has an enviable up time record and gives peace of mind since its always secured and running. We make use of some the basic features such as emails, google drive, calendar and the docs. Among the best features of G Suite are its seamless workflow and its marketplace of available apps/integrations. G Suite makes it easy to work between apps and keep your work saved at all times. Multiple users can work the the same document and previous versions can be restored if something go wrong and users don't have to suffer from storage anxiety by trying to figure out what to back up locally and what to save in the cloud. Its simple an awesome experience to be on google Gsuite **What do you dislike about Coggle for G Suite?** One main thing i can think about its the difficulty our partner support company is going through to migrate emails to an archive. Google doesn't provide any date ranges to aid easy migrations between a specific period **Recommendations to others considering Coggle for G Suite:** A good tool for all small to medium scale companies to consider for effective collaborations **What problems is Coggle for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** A whole lots of business problems since gsuite is beyond a collaborative tool. Apart from the emails, its to some large extent serve as data storage and data management for our users. ### 7. Amazing software!!! Definitely is not the same as building something with a software like Adobe Illustrator, but it is good enough to create what you need quickly. **What problems is Coggle for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find a really useful solution when creating a new website architecture for complex projects were users feedback is required. You can invite other project members for feedback and modify things as they are requested via the commenting system. ### 12. This is a barrier for some. We did however, enjoy the free features, as there are no other comparable extensions. **Recommendations to others considering Coggle for G Suite:** Try out some other flow chart builders and see which works best for you.
