CodersLink Reviews & Provider Details

CodersLink is a nearshore tech talent partner that helps U.S. companies hire, build, and scale engineering teams in Mexico and Latin America. Over 11 years we've placed 1,050+ engineers with 150+ companies including Amazon, Udemy, Pinterest, and Zapier from a network of 45,000+ developers across the region. We solve what makes tech hiring fail: long recruiting cycles, unpredictable candidate quality, and the overhead of employing people across borders. Every engineer is vetted to our Top 1% Standard through technical, cultural, and English-language assessment, works in a time zone that overlaps the U.S. workday, and joins your sprints, standups, and communication channels from day one. Staff Augmentation — Add specialized engineers to your existing team without hiring overhead. We handle HR, payroll, benefits, and retention; you own the roadmap and daily execution. Fixed monthly rates, no hidden fees, and a free replacement during the initial period. Nearshore RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) — Recruiting capacity that plugs into your employer brand. We become your dedicated sourcing engine, filling your pipeline with pre-vetted engineering candidates so your internal talent acquisition team can focus on closing. MESHubs (Build, Operate, Own) — Launch a dedicated tech hub in Mexico without setting up a legal entity. We build and operate your nearshore team, with a clear path to transferring full legal ownership to you when you're ready. We staff 45+ roles and 150+ skills: software engineering, AI and machine learning, data engineering and data science, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, web and mobile development (iOS and Android), QA and test automation, RPA, and technical support — including hard-to-fill senior and principal-level roles. Speed is the point. Shortlists land in as little as five business days, and a typical cycle from kickoff to signed offer runs about three weeks against the six to eight weeks or more that traditional recruiting and offshore outsourcing take. Because Latin America shares or overlaps U.S. time zones, collaboration happens in real time: no overnight handoffs, no async-only workflows. You get zero HR liability, full IP ownership, and flexible scaling with 60-day notice and no termination fees. CodersLink also publishes the annual Mexico Tech Salary Report, a reference used across the region by engineers and employers to benchmark compensation, and works from a U.S. base in Houston, Texas with operations in Mexico. If you're a CTO, VP of Engineering, or talent acquisition leader who needs senior engineering capacity faster than your local market can supply it, CodersLink gives you a nearshore team that's productive in weeks and compliant from day one.
