**What do you like best about Coderland?**

Communication is excellent. It is clear they have experience on managing IT teams and software projects.

At the end, they are good at understanding our needs: they treat us as their "customer", and they care about us. We have always been able to work in a respectful environment even when we suffered problems or difficulties on the projects.

**What do you dislike about Coderland?**

Sometimes, it's difficult for us to manage schedules in different time zones. They're already trying to share our schedule as much as possible, but since they're based in Latin America, that's not always possible. We accept this since we're working with an offshoring partner.

**What problems is Coderland solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coderland provides us with skilled front-end and back-end software developers, QA engineers and Project Managers.
