He's very communicative and has great ideas. He also follows instructions very well, which I appreciate. The oversight of the team at CoCountant is wonderful too; they seem to check in at the perfect intervals. I specifically needed a controller to review the books and set up budgets and forecasts, and that's exactly what I got! The focus on the controller method is exactly what I was looking for. It's great to have a second set of eyes on things and a second person who can do balance sheet accounting and more complex accounting functions. **What do you dislike about CoCountant?** I would have them bill me twice monthly instead of all upfront at the start of the month. Having a 30 day notice to cancel was also a prohibiting factor in my finally deciding to hire from CoCountant. **What problems is CoCountant solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a controller to review books and set up budgets and forecasts, which CoCountant provided.
