I like that the specific employee we use as a controller is great. He's very communicative and has great ideas. He also follows instructions very well, which I appreciate. The oversight of the team at CoCountant is wonderful too; they seem to check in at the perfect intervals. I specifically needed a controller to review the books and set up budgets and forecasts, and that's exactly what I got! The focus on the controller method is exactly what I was looking for. I'm not a fan of logging into a portal communicate. I wish they used slack.
