You don't really need a lot of training to figure out how to use Casetext because it is designed so that the user can intuit how to use it. It has a clean interface and delivers search results quickly. It's worth taking Casetext's webinar series, though, because there are some gems hidden within how you can fine tune your search results. The best component is what they call "CARA A.I." Upload a memo or brief, hit search, and be prepared to be blown away. **What do you dislike about CoCounsel Legal?** The downside of Casetext is that it doesn't have old opinions. For instance, a loft of work I do involves water right opinions that predate statehood. These old opinions do not tend to show up in Casetext's search results. Plus, Casetext has great personal service and tutorials. Castext frequently updates its research tools. **What do you dislike about CoCounsel Legal?** Currently, there is nothing about this product that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering CoCounsel Legal:** It is the best legal research tool on the market today. I highly recommend it. **What problems is CoCounsel Legal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Casetext keeps expanding its libraries. The Casetext I started out with, is not the same super Casetext I use today.
