CntX Reviews & Product Details

CntX is a content operations platform for B2B marketing teams and agencies. It addresses a common problem for teams that already publish regularly: producing content is no longer the bottleneck, but deciding which topics deserve limited time, for which audience, with which angle and on which channel often still relies on instinct, scattered documents and competing internal requests. CntX starts from a persistent marketing context called the Marketing Brain. Teams document their company context, products, ICPs and personas, brand platform and guidelines, competitors and source documents once, and every plan and brief reuses it. This context is combined with signals: content audits of the existing site, Google Search Console and GA4 performance data, media watch, LinkedIn and Reddit social listening, and voice-of-field insights collected from sales or customer teams. From this base, CntX generates content strategies with objectives and content pillars, multi-channel campaigns, and an editorial calendar that accounts for team capacity and calendar conflicts. It flags duplicate or competing topics before they are planned. Each planned item gets a structured brief that the team reviews and approves before content is generated. Content can then be edited, optimized, approved and published to WordPress or Webflow as a draft or live post, with editorial and CMS statuses tracked separately. Teams can work across several workspaces and brands, invite contributors by email, and use roles and approvals. An agency mode manages delegated client accounts with strict context isolation between clients. CntX is available in English and French. Plans start with a Solo plan for individual marketers and scale to Pro, Business and Agency plans. A 30-day free trial without a credit card is available.
