Just finding out that we can't utilize collaboration to the extent we were hoping to. I also appreciate how well the real-time reports perform, especially for analyzing project costs and overall financials. The pricing feels competitive and affordable. On top of that, the CMIC support team is consistently helpful: they answer our case questions promptly and make themselves available to hop on calls whenever we need to troubleshoot more complex issues or work through detailed questions. There's also an AI chat tool available to answer questions in real time during after-hours if needed. When dealing with day-to-day operations the modules are really user friendly and there are great learning tools available if someone wants to become a pro in the system. We think CMiC is a very strong platform and well suited for construction use. Their senior leadership understands the product just as deeply as their programmers do, which is wonderful. The financials and job cost modules are excellent, and they are also at the top of the list on the field side. They offer a strong documentation library for system use, along with a user community that actively participates in monthly calls, a forum, and quarterly workshops that CMiC attends.
