It's great for keeping details on hand for purchases using the queries. I also appreciate that it allows everything to be job costed accurately. Although the initial setup was very involved and not easy, the support teams have been very helpful. **What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?** Reporting can be glitchy. Some reports run properly only by 'company name' and some reports only run properly when using the FEIN for the first field of specifying parameters. I also like that the company is forward-thinking with their recent adoption of AI and changing their UI to be more modern. **What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?** They do not handle integrations well. For example, only certain fields pull in to other software. It took us a year to properly document document our processes and train our staff. The system, training cost by CMiC reps was very expensive as well. Overall, it does a great job compiling reports to track current and project future costs. **What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?** The interface is outdated, and the whole suite isn't the most user-friendly. It requires a lot of time for users to figure out what features exist to piece together a particular setup. **What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we are solving with CMiC are going paperless, tracking financials, and storing communications in an all-in-one suite.
