I also appreciate cmercury's smart send feature, which helps control the sending volume to achieve maximum inbox placement. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about cmercury?** The customer journey feature is currently not live. **What problems is cmercury solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use cmercury for sending bulk emails with high inbox placement. The user-friendly drag & drop UI editor lets us design newsletters without help, and the smart send feature controls the sending volume to maximize inbox placement. ### 2.
