Their customer support is world class, always committed to solving issues quickly, they take ownership of a problem, to such an extent that you feel like you're on the same team !

And the constant, well-designed and intuitive improvements and additions to their product suite is more than enough for almost every client to never want to leave ever again :)

The value to developers and technologist's is simply that you can rely on both the Cloudways technology and Support team, and not waste time endlessly with performance or debugging issues - they do the heavy-lifting for you, and you get to over-deliver to your happy clients, with ease.

To be the market leader, you have to provide the best technology and expertise - which simply adds up to a premium price structure that can deter some smaller customers.

It would be nice to pay a local price for local hosting at AWS Cape Town, and not have US Dollar as the only currency as it surely adds to the administrative and transactional cost that inevitably is passed down to the consumer.

I have been managing my font-based website on Cloudways - getfreefonts.site. It's been amazing. I have been working as a freelancer web developer since 2017 and I find Cloudways one of the best hosting sites on the internet.

I like using Cloudways because the servers are really powerful and easy to scale up. The premium support is really good, and it's a trusted platform that we're moving all our websites to. The UI is simple to use, and support is good with things being easy to find. I find the whole process of launching websites straightforward. It’s super simple to create servers, scale them up, and manage backups, cache clearing, and PHP upgrades. I originally signed up cause I didn't want to commit to a host for 2-3 years. I was also looking for something a step above shared hosting. Now that Ive been with Cloudways for a few years I not only love the speed my website has gained but the service has been amazing. They're always very helpful when I have problems. I love how easy it is to use Cloudways and the great support they provide. It really simplifies managing the entire process for me, from spinning up a new server, deploying new applications, and managing SSL to handling backups. I use Cloudways for hosting my e-commerce website because it solves the problem of running a fast, secure, and scalable site without me needing to manage a VPS. I would like to see simpler email handling, and more all-in-one features specifically for WordPress and WooCommerce without relying on add-ons or plugins. Wow, where to start? First it was very easy to get set up. Its a bit on the technical side so if you are just a plug n play GoDaddy user, this may not be the easiest process for you, but being technical I found it very intuitive and easy to set up. I like the options that Cloudways has to offer and I really have been quite impressed with the speed. Had I known how slow my sites actually were before, I would have moved over a long time ago. There is not much. I think the UI is pretty good, but still not always super easy to find the settings that I am looking for. I've been a Cloudways user for a few years now and was motivated to change website hosting and infrastructure provider as I expanded the number of websites I manage which required me to have guaranteed reliability of service; infrastructure which can be scaled and easy to manage. Cloudways ticked all of these boxes. I managed to transition my websites with customer support and can easily check in on my websites at a glance as frequently as I like.
