What do you like best about Cloudshot?

This product seems to be created from someone/team who has faced ground level challanes (operationaly, management, reporting etc.). They offer a bunch of features that are extremely useful - saves time and money. Security was my greatest concern and the built-in role based access control using native cloud provider is probably the best way to implement. 10/10. Highly recommendable. What do you dislike about Cloudshot?

The reporting should be cross-cloud. I mean, I have cloud resorces spreaded across the hyperscalers. A single cost forecast report giving the wholistic view would help more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
