**What do you like best about Cloudlytics?**

It works without installing an agent on our machine. Just provide an endpoint to Cloudlytics, and it can provide real-time monitoring, allowing you to check for customized logs.

**What do you dislike about Cloudlytics?**

Pricing can be a choice based on selection and dependency on needs for someone using other monitoring tools. However, proper usage can yield full benefits.

**What problems is Cloudlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to monitor a cloud environment for the customer and used Cloudlytics for security and obtaining custom logs for the activity of each person working on the application, and we achieved good results.
