"Easy rollout and faster images for our robotics company"
What do you like best about Cloudimage?

Cloudimage significantly boosted our image loading speed with minimal adjustments of our webpages. The setup process was swift, the workflow intuitive, and their support team consistently proactive. Previously, images exceeded 4 MB, resulting in frustrating 6+ second load times without a CDN. Now, images are expertly compressed to KB sizes, delivering lightning-fast loading in under 2 seconds globally, all while preserving exceptional quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

Cache purging can be slow sometimes, so updates don’t show instantly, and the dashboard UI feels a bit outdated in parts. New clean UI needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Yet Easy-to-Use Image Optimization Solution"
What do you like best about Cloudimage?

I found the implementation surprisingly simple — you can get started really quickly with minimal setup. The platform delivers a clear performance boost: images are automatically resized, optimized, and served through a CDN, which makes my image-heavy pages load much faster.

The support team has also been great — they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful, which really matters when you’re integrating a technical solution like this.

I also love the flexibility of the features: automatic format conversion, responsive image sizes, CDN integration, watermarks, and more. These tools make it easy to manage visuals efficiently without sacrificing quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

The only real downside I’ve experienced is related to cache purging. When I update an image, it sometimes takes longer than expected for the new version to appear online. This can be a bit frustrating, especially when working on time-sensitive content or visual updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worked Great But After Their 2025 Update They Cut Services Off With Zero Notice"
What do you like best about Cloudimage?

Ease of use, comprehensive API and options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

Add additional pricing levels for lower level users. Provide better notifications for customers who do not opt in to Cloudimage marketing or newsletters etc.

There was a sharp and unexplained increase in pricing, followed by a sudden suspension of services. When I requested to retain my existing account level, they declined, then terminated my access without warning. After nearly three years of consistent use, this felt unprofessional and entirely unexpected from such an established company. Had they offered a plan aligned with my usage, I would have upgraded immediately. Instead, I migrated my code to a new provider who’s delivering excellent service at a much more reasonable price point and actually values their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved Website Speed and Client Experience Without the Tech Headache"
What do you like best about Cloudimage?

As the owner of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic offering acupuncture and Tai Chi, having a website that feels professional and runs smoothly is very important to us. Our web developer, who manages our WordPress site, recommended Cloudimage to help with loading times - and we’re so glad they did. The difference was immediate. Images of our clinic, classes, and services load much faster now, especially on mobile. Clients have commented that the site feels quicker and easier to use. And the best part? We didn’t have to lift a finger - it was all handled for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

We haven’t had any real issues, since our developer manages everything. But as a clinic owner who likes to understand where our investments are going, I’d appreciate a simple way to see the impact - maybe a basic report or visual summary showing how it’s helping with speed or user engagement. "Seamless image optimisation that just works"
What do you like best about Cloudimage?

Cloudimage has been a game-changer for our image delivery workflow. The ease of implementation is what initially

stood out, setting up was straightforward, with well-documented guides and helpful support. Once running, the platform took care of image optimisation, CDN delivery, and responsive image resizing automatically, which significantly improved our website performance and user experience. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and real-time image transformation through URL parameters is a powerful feature we use daily. Integration with our existing stack was smooth, and it scaled effortlessly with our traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

While Cloudimage is a strong platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve when customising advanced settings. Additionally, the pricing can ramp up quickly if you're handling very high traffic volumes or storing a large number of images.. A more granular analytics dashboard would also be helpful to track optimisation savings and usage in more detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudimage?

Cloudimage provides the easiest solution for my need. Just passing the source url as parameter then action in parameter. And in response you will get the result url. As clear as water. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

My product always pass same value as blurring parameter but sometime it provide more blur and sometime it provide less blur. This is pretty hard to maintain a consistent level of blurring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy Integration: Compatible with platforms like S3, Azure, and Firebase, Cloud image supports simple URL-based transformations, making it accessible for both developers and non-technical users.

Generous Free Tier: Offers up to 25 GB/month free, which is more than many competitors provide for early-stage or small projects.

cloudimage.io

What do you dislike about Cloudimage?

Dashboard Limitations: The user interface is considered dated by some, lacking features like bulk deletion of cached assets.

Scalability Costs: The free tier includes 25 GB/month, but higher usage can lead to overage fees, with rates varying by plan.

Documentation Gaps: Onboarding documentation is strong, but advanced integrations may require support assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
