Provide better notifications for customers who do not opt in to Cloudimage marketing or newsletters etc. There was a sharp and unexplained increase in pricing, followed by a sudden suspension of services. When I requested to retain my existing account level, they declined, then terminated my access without warning. After nearly three years of consistent use, this felt unprofessional and entirely unexpected from such an established company. Had they offered a plan aligned with my usage, I would have upgraded immediately.
