Sales team over promises to get the contract but doesn't meet the requirements once the project kicks off. The communication with the technical team is below par to say the least. I didn't like that this wasn't self service. You are paired with support (I believe offshore), and are required to go through them to do any work, even though I had most of the functions available in the UI. The software is SUPER user friendly and literally takes a few clicks to get the migration started and the customer service is amazing as well. (not really a con) Please make sure to plan ahead of time if this is a time sensitive project or if you are migrating several users between your cloud platforms as miscommunication to your team can further delay things (depending on how much storage you are migrating). We are migrating approximately 6TB worth of storage and the process can take between 2-3 weeks to complete. Please note that if you attempt to migrate that amount of storage manually, the process can easily take months to complete due to download / upload speeds and naming convention restrictions (which cause errors when uploading files depending on what cloud platform you are migrating to).
