**What do you like best about Ripple?**

I love that users can customize so many elements within the software. I can add variables specific to my study, I can add specific events, and then I can even create a set of tasks to be completed at different timepoints. Not to mention that the software is extremely user friendly and intuitive. 

**What do you dislike about Ripple?**

I personally have had issues with the search feature. Ripple would be more useful if there were easier to ways to search for information, including custom variables. 

**What problems is Ripple solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ripple has brought our organization to a new level, and as a result, also our productivity. We can group contacts by status and keep track of who needs to be contacted. We can see multiple study time points on the calendar at once and make sure enough staff will be on hand. Overall, it is the best method to keep all of our information in one place, including PHI and also study-specific tasks and protocols.
