## About CloudCoord
Connect your coordinator’s Gmail and CloudCoord gets to work automatically, keeping your real estate transactions moving from contract to closing. Built by Realtors for Realtors, CloudCoord monitors your coordinator’s inbox and acts on incoming transaction emails and documents. It works in the background, even when you’re away from the app, without waiting for you to upload files, enter dates, or prompt each next step. When a contract hits the inbox, CloudCoord automatically adds it to the transaction file, reads it, extracts key dates and details, starts tracking deadlines, audits the documents for missing signatures and disclosures, and creates a transaction checklist. When a closing date addendum arrives, CloudCoord reads the change, updates the transaction dashboard and related deadlines and reminders, and prepares emails to circulate the addendum for your review. The file and the work around it stay in sync as the deal changes. It prepares transaction-related emails throughout the closing process: introductions, replies, document requests, inspection coordination, deadline reminders, closing instructions, and follow-ups. Drafts use the context of the transaction and wait for your review. You approve every outgoing message before it sends. CloudCoord watches for upcoming deadlines and missing items, prepares the next steps before you ask, and sends daily briefs so you know what’s done, what’s coming up, and what needs your decision. When something is unclear, it asks instead of guessing. Built for agents, coordinators, and real estate teams, with review queues and transaction visibility by role.
