I would have to say the overall userfriendly design. Would be easy for experienced users or beginners to get the hang of the interface and overall functionality. Navigation is simple and straight-forward, making managing files super easy. I currently only use the free version but was able to experience the pro version for a short free trial. Only thing I can complain about which is something likely most people complain about is the cost. The general file explorer software is just over 100 cad but only a one time fee which is nice and somewhat rare these days. Only issue is to have additional integration with other cloud servies like google or amazon costs extra. Other than this I don't think there is anything else I can pick on. The back up software was a bit old and clunky, and sometimes was difficult to configure and or restore backups.
