The tool is easy to use and implementation is also very smooth on client end. The customer support is having very quick response whenever we face an issue or having bugs they always assist us with exact solution by tracking logs. **What do you dislike about Cloudberry Explorer?** Until now we have no drawbacks found on this tool as we are getting an quick updates on same for any bugs and issues. **What problems is Cloudberry Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its solves an problem of data loss where if there is any cyber attack or data loss due to certain human error or hardware error. It helps us to retrieve the most important business data for client using an tool where we can initiate an easy restore job for retrieving data from cloud. ### 2. Would be easy for experienced users or beginners to get the hang of the interface and overall functionality. Navigation is simple and straight-forward, making managing files super easy. I currently only use the free version but was able to experience the pro version for a short free trial. Did not have need for all the advanced features but met all my current storage needs. **What do you dislike about Cloudberry Explorer?** Only thing I can complain about which is something likely most people complain about is the cost. The general file explorer software is just over 100 cad but only a one time fee which is nice and somewhat rare these days. Only issue is to have additional integration with other cloud servies like google or amazon costs extra. I transfer file(s) with a single click from my Local system to S3 account, and the data upload/download speed is also great! The fact that it supports 40+ cloud platforms is also a great thing considering that the cloud vendors are likely to differ from company to company. **What do you dislike about Cloudberry Explorer?** The only thing I dislike about Cloudberry is that there are certain times when the files are not uploaded due to certain reasons, and the logs displayed are not downloadable. In case I am transferring a large folder (of a few GB) that contains thousands of files. it becomes difficult to identify which files were transferred and which were not in case an issue occurs. Manually going through the log and saving it is a hassle, hence an option to directly download the logs would be helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudberry Explorer:** Cloudberry is a great software to save your files on Cloud storage platforms and is definitely recommended for use. It allows all file formats for saving and no data upload size restrictions with incredible upload/download speed. It also has connections to 40+ cloud storage platforms including Amazon S3, Hitachi, Cisco, Verizon, and many more. **What problems is Cloudberry Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being from the Product team at ZS, I need to test the applications developed both on Amazon EC2's instance and also on Local system. To test on Amazon EC2, the files first need to be available in S3 location, where Cloudberry helps a lot. I can transfer all types of files, from CSV, Excel, Word, PPT, ZIP and everything else with no bound on the size of the data to transfer. ### 14.
