**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Software delivery times are kept to a minimum thanks to the ease with which any type of architecture can be handled. Configuration management is handled automatically. As a result of its simplicity, our developers have adopted CloudBees CD more quickly. It's great to have an overview of new software releases with the CloudBees CD dashboard!

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The technical support staff at CloudBees CD is quick to respond. There hasn't been a drop in efficiency that we've noticed. This solution was obviously too expensive for us to acquire, so we had to fork over the money.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

I strongly advise you to give this program a shot. Consistent delivery with Cloudbees has been made easier and more efficient. Based on customer feedback, CloudBees CD provides it to us in the best possible way.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Progressive delivery of features by marking them. A safer method to provide new capabilities to customers, Dashboard can help you reduce the amount of time spent on implementation.

  ### 7. CloudBees Feature Management; A Stable Feature Management Tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia G. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

One of the most exciting feature that CloudBees Feature Management has is the dashboard which is easy to understand and use. The dashboard projects a real-time insight into a product being developed and allows one make necessary and needed changes.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Intergrating CloudBees Feature Management to any system takes lot of time and its cost is not very conducive fir small scale organizations which would want to acquire CloudBees Feature Management services.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use CloudBees Feature Management tool to manage the development of features and their release. This way one can get the best out of a particular product just from looking at the feedback they get from users.

  ### 8. A dependable Continuous Integration Platform.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edna T. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

As soon as you log in and start working, you can have many builds running simultaneously.
The UI/UX of the cloud bees ci web interface is simple to grasp and put to good use.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Aside from the fact that I had a lot of fun while using and learning about the program, This company's price is more than others because they have solved the issue of latency, according to the above, however the config files can get very extensive and this should be streamlined.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Cloud bees ci is excellent for handling complex Continuous Integration procedures. CB, on the other hand, can be pricey if you need to run numerous containers simultaneously, and it may not be as simple to use as other options.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we offer a variety of cloud-based services to both internal clients and external clients, we must first gain a thorough grasp of the current state of our industry's cloud ecosystem before we can offer such services.

Allows us to provide continuous integration across all of our software applications and environments, allowing us to better serve our customers. In order to develop sophisticated workflows, we may use CircleCI to run pre-deployment and post-deployment scripts, perform test suites, and issue slack notifications. Configuration management is critical to our work, and we've received the help we need thanks to excellent customer service

  ### 9. Automation carried out correctly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lilly C. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

I appreciate that CloudBees CI provides a large number of integration mechanisms with other products such as Jenkins, which we use heavily in our cross-team communication and collaboration.
Over time, the quality of the contracted service has been poured into the final product that we offer to the ultimate consumers, and the results have been nothing short of spectacular.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

There are fewer minor hitches in the latest version of their product than in previous versions. Specifically, the workflow functionality, which is supposed to spin up multiple concurrent Docker images for text execution, does not reliably feed back the results statistics.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CloudBees is essential for any professional software development company that is concerned with ensuring that their code is adequately test covered. The software provides a very easy configuration procedure with the use of CB. Jenkins and is easily adaptable to meet the needs of any type of development project.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our IT and cyber-security solution is developed using the Salesforce platform, which is used by our organization. We have a high level of unit test coverage, which Salesforce requires in order for us to be allowed to advertise our application in their App store. For the management of our software development process, we required a dependable continuous integration and delivery system. We used Atlassian Bamboo for a number of years before making the switch to CloudBees CB to provide cloud integration. This is used for testing purposes.

  ### 10. CloudBees CI is a fantastic organization.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary V. | Chief Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

This software contains a robust community forum as well as RRSS. When I encountered a bug and was able to remedy it with the help of the community, I wanted a place where we could all share details and short information.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Running local builds for the purpose of diagnosing issues might be time-consuming. The Docker image that I recall was very much a black box, and it was difficult to figure out why I was getting the results that I was. However, this was to be expected. Otherwise, it would be straightforward for other suppliers to replicate their features if the system was not a black box.
Initially, some aspects of the cache configuration were a little difficult to understand.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CB is the best choice for those looking for a simple CI/CD solution. The latter is especially true for smaller projects that do not require a great deal of intricacy or construction time.

For small jobs, this is a highly recommended option. And will almost certainly become a paying customer if the complexity and construction time are justified.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A SaaS application's front-end and back-end components are being continuously integrated utilizing CB, which we're employing to do this. Due to the fact that it is linked to a well-known source code repository, integration is a breeze.

  ### 11. Continuous Integration Tool that works well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher N. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Simple to comprehend and use, the CB web interface (UI/UX) is very easy to learn and use, and Easy Configuration is very simple to learn and use. Jenkins configuration is included in a single file.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The cost of the product in comparison to certain alternatives that are less expensive or free. This is especially true if you are running numerous containers in a single instance. I, too, have experienced a number of outages (3-5) where CB has been unavailable in the last few months..

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

If you, your developer, or a team of developers have already worked with it, you should feel comfortable using it. They won't have to go through the learning curve of yet another Continuous Integration solution, which saves them time and money. CB supports Continuous Integration workflows exceptionally effectively, even when the procedures are quite complicated. In light of the foregoing,

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continuous integration across all of our software applications and environments is made possible with the use of CB. CB enables us to create complicated workflows that include steps to run pre-deployment and post-deployment scripts, perform test suites, and send slack notifications, among other things. With CB, we can ensure that code that has been "broken" does not make its way out into the wild.

  ### 12. Make it easier for your engineers to generate, test, and deploy code quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darryl B. | Senior Software Development Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Builds that are automated This is the primary reason for acquiring Cb: to automate the construction process. As a result, the process of developing your application becomes significantly more predictable and repeatable. It can also do tests to ensure that your application is functioning as planned.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The search function might use some tweaking. If you're conducting a lot of builds, the history can take up several pages of your computer's hard drive. We didn't find it to be a good fit for our auditing/reporting requirements because you can't search for a specific developer who initiated a build, or filter for only successful builds, among other things.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Cb is ideal for use in a CI/CD pipeline for an application that follows a conventional build process. It will require more effort to manage a sophisticated build process, but it should be sufficient for most tasks unless you want extensive integrations with other tools. If you have a large team and can spare someone who can devote their entire time to simply the CI/CD tools, do so.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because our SaaS platform has transitioned to a continuous integration/continuous delivery paradigm, the tool Cb is essential in automating the creation, testing, and deployment of all non-production environments. Whenever a developer needs to test something, they may trigger a build, which will either recycle a previous development environment or launch a new development environment that will not interfere with any other builds in the pipeline.

  ### 13. Highly recommended for engineers integrating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel B. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

That program saves us a lot of time and money every time we use it in our integrations, and that's what I'm responsible for as an engineer because of the consistency with which it works.
Full-featured, cloud-native CloudBees CI, which can be hosted on-premise or in the public cloud, is used to deliver CI at scale in this sense of scale, which helps us achieve our personal and business objectives.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Only UX can be difficult to understand and navigate in the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

I believe in development completely as well as the cool and easy automation it provides. I think they should acquire it without further delay.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chef cookbook CI/CD pipeline is being implemented. As a result of the use of CB Core, we have been able to establish a well-defined pipeline for the release of new features. On the other hand, the development of software and services that we provide come in a more expeditious way with the program.

  ### 14. Accelerate build process with Cloudbees CI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkatachalam M. | DevOps Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Pipeline template catalog is one of the feature i like the most of all the cloudbees CI Offerings. we have integrated with servicenow , jfrog artifactory, docker and rancher solutions as well.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

A few minor bugs are noticed here and there; apart from that, everything seems to be pleasing and well organized. The pipeline template catalog is minimal with four-parameter types, but this needs to be increased and provide flexibility like active-choice parameters.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

if you fall into implementing the CI/CD Model for your organization, Cloudbees CI will be the goto tool to achieve your needs; its very too easy to set this up and start using it

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving all the CI /CD problems with the help of CloudBees CI . the benefits are mostly the way of using the systems like the ease of access and the way developers are adopting it.

  ### 15. My CB Rating

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda A. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

We like that the Pipeline technology used is favorable for Continuous integrations. This allows us to rest assured in the future of being able to continue using the processes and not having to change with the supplier team inevitably.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

So far I've only been upset by a few issues with support for some technical difficulties, but I think it's an isolated occurrence. The rest of my team has not gone through the same difficulties in support.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

I recommend that they try to check if the support is what suits them in terms of efficiency and speed, since in this technology sector, being so competitive, customers can be lost due to the lack of timely help in solving a problem that has to do with with the service or product to a customer.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first was the increase in space that we needed for apps and other smooth updates, to have a work program that would align future ideas to provide better services. It has to do intrinsically related to Drive innovation,
Drive revenue growth, Improve business process agility points that we need to take care of.

  ### 16. Continuous integration and pipeline for software development.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pearl R. | Chief Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

As far as test driven development (TDD) goes, I believe this is one of the best options because of its speed and fluidity when compared to other tools like circleCI.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Only one thing from time to time when integrating and developing functions that is the scope of view.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

is a great option if you need to drastically scale and test your software engineering processes before deployment. It works with standard code structures where a procedural lifecycle is present and methodical execution is required.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team uses CB CI as a continuous integration and deployment pipeline for code and other programmatic work. Deploying, testing, and producing code for our main software engineering functions are some of the business issues it addresses Other teams we work with follow the same path and use similar tools, such as cycles.

  ### 17. Our Success Is Dependent on It.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivian C. | Chief Information Security Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Cloudbees gives a more streamlined approach to managing our business. My most efficient program for Jenkins to date, it delivers Jenkins at scale. Kubernetes cluster management has become a breeze thanks to a user-friendly interface and a simple-to-use application. The majority of our cloud-hosted applications run smoothly on Cloudbees as well.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

It would be wonderful if the open-source version had the ability to maintain a multi-master setup, given the fact that we must. The Cloudbees support team informs us that the plugin is a level 6 supported plugin and that nothing can be done.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

It is simple to update and share Pipeline thanks to the plugins that make it possible for others to go through changes to the configuration and execute unit tests on them if necessary. This feature, which allows users to easily add and remove nodes without the need for any software licensing, is available on the vast majority of operating systems.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With all of the features that may be hosted either on-premises or in the public cloud, CloudBees CI is a key answer for our firm when it comes to reworking the tools that are tested there. Ensures that all of your development teams using Jenkins have access to the same self-service platform. CloudBees CI is designed to work on Kubernetes on current cloud platforms.
I think it does a great job of connecting the cloud with connections to preserve periodicity.

  ### 18. Systems are more efficient thanks to these improvements.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mark k. | Human Resource Generalist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

CloudBees CI is a great automation tool thanks to its 3D architecture. As CloudBees CI is created for continuous integration and delivery, this explains how the software we used was built. CloudBees' customer support representatives are kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Jenkins' plugins and documentation may be lacking for non-Java developers, but these plugins and documentation may fill in the gaps. Trying to figure out where they're headed can be a challenge. However, if I have a specific need, I may ask for a quick response. Your instructions are great since you go through each step so thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

I couldn't find anything negative to say about this other than the implementation cost. Other than that, everything appears to be functioning normally. New users will need to be trained, but after that, it's a piece of cake..........................................................

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Since it's so sturdy and reliable, I regularly recommend this instrument. This stops users from being able to interact with repositories they shouldn't be allowed to. CloudBees also allows the creation of "folders" for the separation of the execution of various tasks onto distinct agents..

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use CloudBees CI and Jenkins on our own servers at a human resources company because our owner is a fan of having the best, and we're forced to take advantage of the internal programs that we have. Purchasing a service agreement is a worthwhile investment. We believe that the money we save now will be extremely useful in the future.

  ### 19. Automate and version control everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawky N. | Senior Architect Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Use of the same release process in all environments

Code, configuration, scripts, databases, and documentation all in one place

Creation of short feedback loops to deal with bugs

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Issues need to be looped back to developers as soon as they fail post-build test

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Once you automate a process, less effort is needed to run it and monitor its progress

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates builds, testing, releases, configuration changes and everything else

  ### 20. One of the few with kubernets integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

We found just the right software for our local team administrations. What I like most about CloudBees CI is that its modern cloud platform is designed to run on Kubernetes, which is hard to find.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Extremely slow support team, we have spent many weeks trying to solve a problem for which we still do not have a definite solution and we need an answer.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

The Testautomations CI/CD lack load and space for large files and I think this is a fucking essential to improve.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use it as an integration for the installation of apps and the development of web models, the CI/CD, Test automations allow us to advance and give us a broad view of the panorama among other private functions.

  ### 21. Excellent feature management platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliyah K. | Senior Sales Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Great for multiple feature flags and is quite stable when it comes to product rollouts.
It also allows us to get customer feedback thus ensuring we improve on the service delivery.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Compared to other alternatives it can be quite pricey. It also has too many redirects and sometimes might ask you to create an org when you already have one.
Everything else works great and has helped us achieve alot.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better service delivery through enhancement of customer feedback.
Efficiency and saving of time through automation of many tasks during the different stages of the deployment process.

  ### 22. Enhances system performance and overall efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Jenkins, a string platform, can be made unbeatable with a little help from CloudBees. It is now easier for developers to concentrate on their work rather than spend time preparing for deployment. Because we can spend more time developing rather than merely deploying, productivity should rise as a result of CloudBees' help. Everything, from development to testing, can be automated.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Other than the implementation expense, I saw nothing that might be regarded a drawback. Otherwise, everything seems to be working as it should. Training is required for new users; beyond that, it's a piece of cake.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

This instrument is one that I often suggest since it is so solid and dependable. This prevents users from accessing repositories that they are not supposed to be able to interact with. It's also possible to create "folders" in CloudBees to separate off the execution of certain jobs onto different agents.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a result of CloudBees CI, software development and delivery processes become more transparent and open. It's not only good for the coders; it's good for the whole firm. These advantages ensure that the company can better plan and implement its marketing strategies in accordance with these benefits.

  ### 23. Build automation, and Configuration management are all made easier with Cloudbee CI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth G. | Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

In my opinion, it's an excellent solution that can be scaled to meet the needs of any team or organization.
Have:
Plugin Library with a Wide Variety of Options

Cloudbee's support service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the company's knowledge library is properly documented.

Ability to handle several construction and programming platforms.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

In some cases, a plugin upgrade or downgrade causes a build to fail.

There is still room for improvement in role-based access control.

the plugins can be moved to level 1 in some cases

Lacks an easy way to monitor Jenkins' performance.

)Problems with a full disk.

Errors in the Jenkins Global UI.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CloudBees CI is a fantastic tool for reducing the time and costs associated with creating new software. Obtaining a return on investment in the short-term is critical here.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated Product Development

Continuous testing and improvement

Planned development and implementation of the product

Pipeline-based deployments allow for continuous improvement.

Automation testing

Perform a load and performance test on the tool.

Agents for each region (Windows and Linux) are used to build the job.

Execute API Verification Tests

We can set up and test a new instance in one or two hours instead of a few weeks. If an update or a patch breaks everything, we can revert in a matter of minutes

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

It provides us with another way to build trust with our customers and prove them we have their best interests at heart

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

We couldn't have done this without CloudBees' and the Jenkins X community's help

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a team of developers working with Jenkins X to build CI/CD deployment pipelines for various customers

  ### 26. A seamless continuous integration tool for code deployment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

The ability to add customized plugins is a great feature
Managing docker deployments and Kube pods is seamless
The software is easy to use and navigate
The onboarding tools have pre-configured templates, so during the initial setup, you will be up and running in no time
The platform has a solid community. I've used it several times to reach out for help and solve my issues
The third-party integration eco-system is vast, thus supporting a wide range of use cases

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

During issue diagnosis, if you're running local builds, it can be time consuming
There are a few minor glitches and bugs here and there, but they don't mess with the process
The implementation cost is huge and might not be suitable for small firms

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudBees CI has made our engineer's life easy by automating the build process without using much of their time. More than a third of their efforts have been saved thanks to CloudBees CI.

  ### 27. It's simple to use and offers a variety of options for integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad P. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

This makes it simple to manage kubernates pods and Docker deployments. It simplifies the whole build automation process and makes validation simple. The CloudBees crew provides excellent customer service. It is a cloud-native solution for continuous integration. We are utilizing the open-source Docker image for Cloudbee's Jenkins distribution, and we appreciate the constant upgrades, testing, and other work that goes into making such a product available to the public.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Given the fact that we must maintain a multi-master configuration, it would be ideal if facilities for this were included in the open-source version as well. When we have difficulties with plugins, we are informed by Cloudbees support that the plugin is a level 3 supported plugin and that nothing can be done.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

As a result of the usage of the Pipeline suite of plugins, it is quite manageable and can be shared with others who can examine the configuration changes and also run unit tests on them as needed. The ability to simply add and remove nodes without the need to license any software on the vast majority of operating systems available is a significant bonus.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing numerous build settings with the Pipeline plugin is quite convenient, and the value of utilizing Pipelines in conjunction with shared libraries is enormous. With a single click, the multi-branch pipeline plugin allows us to generate numerous jobs for various branches at once. The combined usage of declarative and scripting pipelines allows us to simply exchange build settings with just the information that is required to be provided at the time. Because they are so lightweight, shared libraries are extremely useful in practically all of our processes and may be used in a variety of ways.

  ### 28. Critical Factor for Our Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | Security Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Cloudbees provides a more simplified solution to handle our management operations. It delivers Jenkins at scale and is the most efficient software for Jenkins I have used. Nowadays I can easily manage Kubernetes clusters from an appealing interface and easy-to-navigate software. We also utilize with ease Cloudbees for a majority of our cloud-hosted applications, and it works well.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

While we frequently spin containers, we have experienced one and a few times a slow performance. Also, more enhancements could be directed towards improving the code snippets of Cloudbees. The learning curve is also pretty slow, and newly onboarded users have to be walked through, which is time-consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

I have experienced firsthand the fantastic framework of Cloudbees CI, enjoying the favorable pricing that assures you returns on your investments within just a few months. I'd urge all potential buyers to explore it.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We fixed the issues we had on bug detection. Now, this can be done much earlier. Cloudbees has given us a good return for our investments since it is rich in CI resources. Working in the back-end, we utilize Cloudbees in testing pipelines before their release.

  ### 29. Cloudbees core is everything you love about jenkins and more

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Opening a ticket with Cloudbees support has always resolved any issue that I have brought to them. As well as timely responses from support always have given me peace of mind that if something ever went wrong or if we ever had any questions that we could rely on Cloudbees.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

I would have to say the authentication model for the support site could be better. The Cloudbees network portal feels a little dated.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

If you need support or don't have Jenkins engineers on staff this is a good option.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem that we are solving is that we can have a highly used and effective tool in the marketplace without having to have many high level experts on staff. It gives us vetted plugins and updates. It allows us to have piece of mind when updating the platform that it has been tested and compatible with the plugins we need daily.

**Official Response from Parker Ennis:**

> Thank you for the feedback. Feel free to send me an email to dig into the authentication portion more. My name is Parker Ennis and I'm the product marketing manager for CloudBees Jenkins Support. You can get in touch with me via rennis@cloudbees.com.

Thanks again!

  ### 30. Some CloudBees Jenkins plugins provide very valuable features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle Y. | System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Teams can get up and running fast with pre-configured templates thanks to the onboarding tools. I highly recommend utilizing Jenkins for automation because of the excellent support and the accuracy and effectiveness of the output. I appreciate your help in this area because it's so straightforward and helpful. Cloudbee Jenkins is a popular DevOps platform automation tool.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The relocation was complicated by the fact that certain teams used spinners in their internal operations, which needed calibration. There may be no bees gone, but I don't think that's the case. The CloudBees proprietary plugins appear to have a few issues here and there, which might cause crashes from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

To orchestrate our CI processes and automate routine engineering tasks, we're utilizing CloudBees CI. Since moving away from Jenkins, we've seen a significant increase in the speed and reliability with which we can create and release software.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jenkins Assistant will be easier to handle now that we're transitioning to DevOps, so developers may customize their own processes without interfering with others. On top of Jenkins, CloudBees CI provides excellent support and additional features. Although the costs and lack of access to proprietary components are a drawback, it is crucial to evaluate the increased capability to see whether it is worth the price.

  ### 31. It simplifies and expedites the automated processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayla B. | Human Resources Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

With a 3D architecture-based application, CloudBees CI is a powerful automation solution. It clarifies how the software we utilized with CloudBees CI was built with continuous integration and delivery in mind. Very professional and educated CloudBees customer service representatives are here to assist you. If you're not a Java programmer, you may find that these plugins and documentation help fill in the gaps in Jenkins' plugins and documentation. It's not always easy to figure out where they're headed. I may, however, ask for a rapid solution if I have a requirement. I like how meticulously you explain each step in your tutorials.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Everything is in order, and the customer is getting excellent service, but the documentation might be improved so that new users can get up and running quickly and understand how the scripts work. Information such as where to seek for an update file or how to handle a certain folder may be absent from the instructions at times.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

As a result, I had to make sure that the new Jenkins installation had all of the same features as our original Jenkins installation. The human effort may be reduced as well, and it does so in a clever way. Overall, it's a good fit for our team of developers who use CloudBees CI to do automated tasks. In the area of continuous integration and delivery, CloudBees is delivering excellent service.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the automated chores simple and fasts to perform without affecting our developer's team atmosphere or compliance requirements. Teams can get up and running fast with pre-configured templates thanks to the onboarding tools. If you have your own Jenkins server and utilize it for critical functions, purchasing a service agreement is a good investment. The money you spend now will spare you the agony of tomorrow.

  ### 32. CloudBees is a fantastic tool for controlling Jenkins

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie W. | Support Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

CloudBees has a remarkable capacity to make optimal use of Kubernetes clusters, and that's one of the reasons I liked it so much. As a result, a container deployment is a viable option, making scaling up and down based on demand a cinch. Using the plugin template function, we can prevent users from downloading any 3rd party plugins, thereby ensuring that we have less issues with Jenkins instances due to plugins and upgrade incompatibilities. This is a really valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The cost and licensing model is something I despise much. In order to make this more efficient, it may be simplified. There are no SaaS options for Lean teams who simply need the basic functionality of Cloudbees compared to competitors like Azure DevOps.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CloudBees is a fantastic solution for managing numerous Jenkins instances and deploying an enterprise-level Jenkins environment, and the CloudBees crew provides excellent customer service. Organize and streamline the use of Jenkins. In order to centralize Jenkins and provide a framework for rapid beginnings with Jenkins and DevOps journeys, we turned to Cloudbees.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudBees ' security capabilities allow us to implement role-based security, which is wonderful. There are several advantages to using pipeline templates, including the fact that they allow teams to get up and running quickly without having to start from scratch. Over a third of our effort has been saved as a result of this. Additionally, cloud bees has a self-service feature that enables teams to complete a form and set up their pipelines in an automated manner.

  ### 33. For an enterprise company, Cloudbees may be set up in a variety of ways

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela R. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Master clustering options and official plugin support. Technically, the tool may be easily integrated into your CICD chain with other tools. The API provided by the CloubBees is really welcoming. There are a lot of official plugins to choose from on the plugin site, which is fantastic since you can receive help from CloudBees.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

The support site's authentication approach might be improved, in my opinion. There is an air of antiquity about the Cloudbees network gateway. The monitoring capacity appears to be a distinct offering as well, which I find weird. It is my opinion that all of these drawbacks are a huge downside and might be a game-changer in the near future.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CloudBees customer service has always been able to help me handle any issues I've presented to them. CloudBees has always provided me with the assurance that if anything ever went wrong or we had any issues, they would be there for us.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our client's benefit, we're developing a really popular and useful product without the need for a large number of in-house specialists at the highest levels. It provides us with tested plugins and upgrades. We can update our platform with confidence, knowing that it has been well tested and is compatible with the plugins we use on a regular basis.

  ### 34. Extensibility via plugin ecosystem and current cloud strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judy B. | Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

On top of everything else, this was our worst time of year to join the ship. A few Cloudbees went out of their way to get our sophisticated environment up and operating during the annual business meeting in Spain. Thanks to them, everyone is OK, and things are rolling along well.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

No complaints here, Our tickets have been answered despite their heavy workload. Attempting to perform the task yourself is difficult because it's so time-consuming. It's a cinch to use them.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Continuos testing and deployment of new applications. Flexibility in administering CI/CD solutions at scale; simplicity of administration, and improved cooperation are just some of the benefits of the plugin ecosystem's breadth and depth.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the subject matter that I selected as the top pick. Our team benefits significantly from the use of the multi-master since it saves them time and headaches. This allows for a variety of plugins, versions, and configurations to be created. We also have mac agents that are shared by all the managed masters linked to Cloudbees core.

  ### 35. Easy to deploy new features to your product.

Very organized customer feedback thus enabling us to deliver services better.
It's very stable and has been resourceful in ensuring tasks are completed on time through monitoring testing.

Sometimes the interface lags and there are too many redirects but apart from that everything else has been working great to ensure we deliver services on time and how the customers requires of us.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effeciency since it monitors to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Has helped us eliminate human error through the automation of minor and sole major feature deployments.

  ### 36. It has made a huge difference in our productivity and workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara B. | Human Resources Generalist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBees?**

Customer satisfaction is improved by reducing the number of product failures that occur before they are released to the market. When compared to the time it would take to do everything by hand, the software processor completes the integration process far more quickly. Third-party sources can be easily integrated into this product, providing additional flexibility in the virtual world.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Although the cost of CloudBees CI may discourage some potential customers from purchasing this high-quality solution, a free trial is available; however, clients are often overzealous and fail to understand they have this alternative.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

For stock market adaptability, CloudBees CI gives me the option of retroactively reimbursing myself for the capacity to produce a dynamic and diplomatic breadth of relationship management capabilities for our clients through optimized, automated raw data management

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Human intervention has been completely eliminated from the build and deployment process. We're impressed that the product has never gone down. Because of this, we are able to produce high-quality software in a shorter period of time and distribute it faster. We've got a leg up on the competition.

  ### 37. Outstanding Continuous Delivery With Cloudbees CI

it's a great integration platform.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helped our company in continuous testing and improvement, pipeline based deployment which allows for continuous improvement , automation testing etc

CloudBees CI facilitates automation in software development processes through the integration and continuous delivery of data between all programmers in the company. This helps us make changes and generate new versions for our users quickly.

**What do you dislike about CloudBees?**

Jenkins automation server is a bit archaic, and I think CloudBees CI would be much better if it worked with new updates.

We have had brief interruptions with the Internet service provider's service that have limited our access to the programs; however, this is not CloudBees' fault. We are working on developing an intranet.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

CloudBees CI is an excellent ideal software to optimize the development of new programs in the shortest possible time and with the lowest costs. This is essential to obtain a return on investment in the medium term.

Perfect for building infrastructure automation and integration, this tool has grown in popularity over time as a result of new features that have helped to make it a better choice for businesses looking for high capacity. As long as it's a user-friendly solution, there is a lot of room for improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBees:**

Whenever you have a question, don't be scared to ask for help from the support team. They are kind and realize how overwhelming the paperwork may be.

**What problems is CloudBees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A continuous integration environment or ecosystem is a business necessity because we work in a prison environment, and having a workload of infrastructure management is no longer considered an overhead while it's a smooth task that instead of being a roadblock he is now a feature or booster for new features to be released in rapid succession.
