CloudApper Candidate Video Pre-Screening Solution Reviews & Product Details

CloudApper Candidate Video Pre-Screening gives recruiting teams an asynchronous video interview step between the shortlist and the live interview. You choose which shortlisted candidates get it. Each one receives a text and email link, opens it on a phone, and answers a few questions on camera. You don’t need to schedule anything, and candidates don’t need to download an app. AI drafts questions based on the role and the candidate’s resume. Recruiters can edit them or write their own, and a recruiter approves every question before it goes out. Because the interview is asynchronous, candidates record when it suits them, and your team reviews when it suits them. Each answer comes with a transcript and a short summary, so reviewers can read first and watch only the answers worth watching. Recruiters and hiring managers score the same set of questions on a shared scorecard, and names and photos can remain hidden until a decision is recorded. Early comparisons remain consistent, and interview slots go to the candidates your team scored highest on. CloudApper Candidate Video Pre-Screening works with the ATS and HR systems your team already uses, including UKG, Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, and Lever. Applicants sync in. Stage changes, ratings, and recording links sync back to the candidate record. Candidate disclosure and consent, deletion on request, retention limits, and an audit log of every view and decision are part of the product.
